Love this light
Love this light. It's the only one I've found that will take camera batteries or a set of AA's within the unit. Also, it has variable light temp (3200-5500 kelvin) controls as well as bright intensity. I have two of these that I've used for several years. Recently I discovered the Yongnuo YN300 air, LED light which is a great light too, but it only takes camera batteries and not the AA set, but does allow for an external AC power. The Flashmate II is a great light... but might need to come down on price slightly to compete with Yongnuo. The size of the Flashmate II is smaller than the Yougnuo light. Neither light size is an issue for my travel bag.
