Over the years, the price of these has actually gone down. They won't get demerits from me for that. Con: when you first open the bag, there's a nasty smell that lingers a little too long, but it goes away. I'm certain you don't get used to it. It just dissipates. I closed the top of the bag and shook it up then left it open a minute or so the the smell diminished to nothing eventually, albeit slowly. Maybe it's Swedish Fish poop??? Who knows. Once it goes away though, if you're like me when it comes to eating candy, if you like it, who's counting calories? Not me. So the quality is good, the quantity is great, the texture is just fine: fresh enough! I like the color. Traditional Swedish Fish, I remember buying from a now defunct retail chain in New Jersey and possibly New York, 2 Guy's it was called. They were larger and still available somewhere, these things were EXPENSIVE. Cost prohibitive by the pound! Going to Two Guys was fun, but except for the price comparisons and availability that's beyond the scope of this review.

These are always a hit in our house! My 9-year-old absolutely loves Swedish Fish, so the bulk pack is perfect for keeping a stash on hand. They're soft, chewy, fresh, and have that classic fruity flavor everyone knows. Great for lunchboxes, movie nights, or an occasional sweet treat.

I expected 3.1 pounds of swedish fish, not 1 small box. I wouldnt have paid what i did for one small box. I thought i was getting a theater box ( small boxes inside a bigger one) used to stock theater snack shelves. U am extremely disappointed and will not purchase fron this seller again. Be warned customers!
