This is an exceptional value because 1) it can be used on people and animals, and 2) you can put Welch Allyn fittings on it. I use it on my dog and he seems happy with it. :-)

Good battery life, easy to use. My kids get frequent ear infections and having an otoscope has saved me lots of doctor co-pays. I am a nurse and this lens provides good visibility for such an inexpensive product. It's not as good a view as a professional otoscope, but good quality for the price.

If u want a scope to see inside ears in case of an ear possible infection this is a great tool to have at home . Well worth the money 💰!

It was exactly what I wanted

This is a great otoscope for the price. I purchased it so we wouldn't have to take our son to the Dr. to see if he had an ear infection. My husband and I are both nurses, so we have knowledge in that field and we hated taking him to the Dr. if we didn't need to. It has already paid for itself as we have also checked our nephew's ears for infection and my father in law's ears for cerumen build up. It is great for home use!

This seemed like a good otoscope to replace my Dr. Mom. It looks heavy duty. It fell short. The tip falls off nonstop and the light is so dim that you can hardly see inside the ear. I would suggest searching for a Dr. Mom otoscope and going with one of those instead. It will save you money and it is a much better product.

This is an otoscope with a regular bulb in it and you can twist the switch to take it from very dim to bright one handed with ease. I think this is an invaluable tool that knocks the socks of light emitting diode based products of comparable build quality.
