Fast shipping. We purchased this unit (2020 model) 3 years ago as well as a new A-coil and line set. Had installed by professional. Works great and haven’t had one issue. Just keep it cleaned out a couple times a year and it will last a long time. Cools our house very well, even on 100+ degree days!

I installed a Rheam condenser a year prior and the compressor went. Yes. I didn't even make a full year on it. Rheam wouldn't cover the warranty because I want a "Rheam licensed installer", yet I hold an education and background in HVAC and was able to prove it was a faulty compressor. So I decided to take a small gamble and try out the Goodman. I'm pretty impressed with the quality an way this condenser is built. It's actually the same size and seer rating, yet so much quieter! I'm considering replacing my handler with a forced air furnace from Goodman now!

Used this for our new 1900 sq ft. home and it works great. No issues and would purchase it again.

I have been installing Goodman condensers over the years but if you are replacing a R22 system, you must also change the line set and the coil as this unit comes with R410A and uses a polyester oil instead of mineral oil. The unit itself works great .

This is a 13 SEER unit and minimum legal standard is 14 SEER. Beware. This is a scam.

After 3 faulty compressors & various fixes, we've decided to scrap this 3.5-year old unit for an upgrade. Also, dealing with Goodman corporate was tiresome, especially after multiple failures with their own replacement parts. This unit was only able to cool ~65% of our 1,700sqft house (Texas, 100º+ heat). Admittedly, we have other issues (ductwork, windows, etc.), but multiple contractors were very displeased after working with our current Goodman 3-ton system.

It came very quickly, I was kept in contact with and I went over and picked it up with my truck. Very easy to install and it is quiet and the 3-ton is large enough for my 1551 sq. foot house, keeps it very cool in the Idaho “desert” heat! Very pleased.
