Comfortable and can use with a little modification
I have carpal tunnel and needed a grip for my pens. My physical therapist recommended something like this so I could learn the right way to hold a pen as I write. These are very tight on most writing implements so I could barely fit them onto a standard pencil, and they didn't fit any of my pens. I cut them open, slipped them onto the pens that I wanted, and taped them closed again. This is a little clunky but it works. It's mostly comfortable and it's helping to retrain the way I grip the pen as I write while helping to ease my carpal tunnel syndrome.
