U.S. Toy Basketball Game Set/8.5 in. (1904973)

You get a hoop of 7.5" in diameter and a foam ball of 3" in diameter. This is exactly what I wanted and seems to be a lot like the ones they had back in the day 20-30 years ago.It is inexpensive and I found it a good way to kill some time and get out of my chair. A couple of notes:1. The big issue with these things is usually that the suction cups don't work. My hoop showed up with the suction cups slightly deformed and not really able to stick. There is an easy fix to this. Just boil some water and put it in a shallow bowl. Dunk each suction cup in the water for about 5-10 seconds and it will regain its original factory shape. Don't leave it in too long or it will lose all its shape!2. You've got to have a smooth surface for these to stick on, drywall or rough-painted doors won't go it. I stuck mine to a smooth-painted window shutter/blind and it held for about a month before falling off.3. Don't expect to make 3-point shots with the ball. The ball is very light and cheap foam and can be shot accurately from maybe 5 - 8 feet away. It doesn't have the weight to be accurate from farther than that and will curve and fall short, etc. Again, this is just for messing around and not starting any pick-up games.Overall this is exactly what I wanted and expected for the very low price.

I was trying to be kind but, after repeatedly being harassed via e-mail to leave a review.... well, here it is.The ball -- kind of okay but too light; much lighter than the "Nerf" balls for this same time of game in times past; throw it as hard as you can it will, maybe, travel horizontally 6-7 feet... maybe.The hoop -- stiff enough plastic to not worry about breaking but has little utility without something strong to hold it.The net -- too little material; not deep enough to matter; leaves very little resistance to the ball going through it. May as well not even be there.The suction cups -- Unusable; very VERY poor design; unusable. The contact surface was folded like a taco and will not return to a usable shape. Once you can get it to stay suctioned to the wall, it does not stay long. When the (very light) ball hits the hoop, the column portions of the suction cup -- which is where the hoop attaches, are so WEAK that the hoop flexes and springs causing the suction cups to release and everything falls to the floor. It does not matter whether the surface is smooth wood or clean glass, the taco shape has "taken a set" and even trying to re-train with a hot water bath did not help.I can't in good conscious say to buy it just for the ball -- that's the only piece I did not throw away. But like I said, it has very little utility since it is too light to throw in any meaningful way. This is not the a good imitation of the Nerf hoop from your youth.Save your money.

This is a cheap setup, but it's a fairly decent setup. It doesn't stick to most surfaces, it works on glass the best although I have used on the refrigerator with success without the aid of tape. If you want to use it on other surfaces then you have to use tape or something else. The ball is very small, great for little kids but not older kids. I ordered a bigger ball and it works fine. For a little over six dollars, you can't ask a whole lot! It does its job as far as entertainment is concerned!

My students were thrilled to play with it, but it wouldn't stick to anything we attached it to.

Was my time for office fun day. No stick to glass window. , smaller than anticipated no fun when ball sticks to net. Used tennis ball with weight to win

Suction doesn’t work. Even when following instructions here that supposedly help. Pretty worthless

It’s just what I was looking for. The suction cups don’t stick but I will figure it out.

The suction isn’t super bad, but it fell off of glass after a few minutes. If it was constructed a tiny bit better, it would be significantly better.

Hugely disappointing product. I buy a lot of items from Amazon. This one was certainly not worth the box it was shipped in. Children were equally disappointed. Only buy if you wish to disappoint someone. Flimsy and not as advertised.
