Great value, great quality
Many gun snobs will insist that if you want to shoot sub MOA groups at any distance you must have the best of the best equipment. This is truet o some extent, but I believe in putting my money into shooting more and practicing before I dump money into really high end gear for the very minor improvements in shooter accuracy. I picked these rings up for my Remy 700 SPS Tactical AAC and a Primary Arms 4-16 scope. I needed some low profile rings because the factory stock has a terrible cheek rest. Mounting was simple and there are six screws per ring. I dropped these onto a 20MOA base and couldn't be happier with the fit and finish of these rings. I put about 60 rounds of .308 downrange in one session and the rings did not come loose at all and the scope held zero just fine. For me, these were a great value and functioned exactly as I needed. Note that you need to buy two of these as they only come one to a package for about $20. Every time I buy a Vortex product, I am more and more impressed with the quality of their products for the money you are spending.

Great low mount for Aimpoint ACO (or PRO)!
I bought the Low 30mm version of this Ring to attach an Aimpoint ACO (value version of PRO) to a CZ Evo at the lowest possible height and it worked great! I was pulling out hairs trying to find the discontinued Aimpoint wide-ring (which originally cost $80). As I was searching I came across this Vortex ring and for the cheap price of $18! I elected to give it a try. I couldn’t be happier, it mounted the Aimpoint super low on the gun just like I wanted. The mechanism for mounting is somewhat reminiscent of my much more expensive Geissele Mount for my URGI, very robust. I totally recommend this ring for anyone looking to mount an Aimpoint PRO or ACO as low as possible.

Well made, good product.
Very substantial and well made ring. As to be expected from Vortex. Service was actually ahead of time by 1 day. As used, the 30 MM ring fit the tube exactly and provided a stable platform. The six screws were correctly machined and torqued down perfectly. The base clamp fit the rail very well, no concerns. The only encountered problem, which was minor was the provided Allen wrench knocked off some of the finish on the screw heads leaving a minor bit of bare metal exposed, easily corrected with a bit of bluing, topped with paint. Again, very minor. A good, solid, well made ring.

Good Price Good Value
I'm using this to run my old Aimpoint Comp C3 on top of my H&R Pardner Pump Protector for some lug shooting. It mounts the optic as low as possible with just a tiny bit of clearance for the bottom of the objective end to the top of the rail with the flip-up lens cap installed. The quality is good and is what you'd expect from midlevel, but quality, Chinese manufactured optics, from Vortex and Primary Arms. On mine there are no flaws or burrs outside and most importantly inside the mount, I only need one, so the installation is more forgiving, however if you plan on using two you might want to consider lapping for best fit. The only thing I don't like about this mount is that the mounting nut is a bit long for my purposes and alters the way I draw shells from my side saddle. Near the nut I have to mount the shells brass down and draw from the bottom of the side saddle, this makes my preferred over-the-top loading a little awkward. When I flip the mount around, the nut is then tall enough to impede a clear path to the breach. Btw, the factory Hawk / NEF / H&R PPP picatinny rail I also found here on Amazon for under ten bucks.

Does the job!
I needed a ring to mount a Vortex Strike Fire II on my Benelli M-4 (I know, kinda big, but my eyes just can't use the micros!). I already had the Vortex cantilever mount but it was too high for this application; the cantilever mount was perfect for my Noveske rifle but too high for the Benelli. I was initially apprehensive since I had heard some negative things about the screws being made of a soft material that deforms during mounting. However, I have had no problems with this mount. I have not run the gun hard yet, but I did get a chance to run about 50 rounds of 2 3/4" slugs and about 30 rounds of full power buckshot with no problems of the mount coming loose. I have not (nor intend to) done a drop test, so I can't attest to how strong the mount is when really stressed. What I can say is that during normal use, the mount is good to go. The fact that the M-4 has a non-standard rail has been an issue for some manufacturer's mounts (like LaRue), but this one mounted solid. The mount fits fine and for under $20 you really can't go wrong.

Perfect Mount for my AR
Low enough to provide true co-witness to my iron sites. VERY stable and secure mounting for my optic. Highly recommend. I think the only "con" I would have to point out is the 6 mounting screws are extremely tedious if you switch optics. If you are one to switch back and forth I would highly recommend purchasing two of these, If your optic will stay mounted the 6 screws add additional stability. All in all great mount for a powerful weapon to keep your expensive optic secure.

Exactly what I need to mount a strikefire red dot scope on my SKS. Fast shipping as now I can take rifle to range on the weekend.

le plus important est de regarder que ce n'est pas vendu en kit, mais de façon unitaire.
