I use this to copy pictures from my camera to my iPad or iPhone while I'm traveling. From there, I can edit them and get them on their way. This is perfect for that because it's fast and small.It takes less than 15 seconds to copy 100 6MB JPG files from an SD card to my device. This means that a day's worth of pictures are copied and ready to go in under a minute, which is fast enough for my needs.It's smaller than my pinky, so it doesn't take up much space. If you're looking for somewhere to keep it, it also fits nicely in an Altoids Smalls (0.37 oz) tin. I also like that it's a single, solid (mostly metal) piece without a dangling cord to get tangled or break.Finally, this reader interfaces seamlessly with the built-in Files app so I don't have to rely on any 3rd party software.

Love this itemm!!Its very simple to use and compact that im afraid to lose it. But does what it need to do and i love that it was both micro SD and a full size SD card slot.

Fantastic. I couldn’t believe the low price. Anker makes high quality stuff. This was exactly what I needed to get videos from my card to my iMac. Transfer rate was fast. I recommend.

Works good. It is able to read the microSD card for my dash cam on my iPhone quickly and easily. The stick is a little too big so I do have to take my case off to use it but besides that it functions well for the price.

The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is the fact that it gets VERY warm during usage. Does it still chug along just fine? Yes. Can I touch it without burning myself? Yes. Does it seem to cap at a certain heat level? Also yes. BUT despite all these yeses, it's still a bit concerning to feel it heating up quite significantly whenever I use it. To date it hasn't done any damage / ever failed me, and I recommend it almost unreservedly.

Got it to sync CPAP data to my phone. Works great, and fast, although on Android (Samsung Fold Z4 with A15 installed) ignores the "write protect" switch on a Sandisk 32GB SD. Fits with a decently bulky case that blocks some large type-C cables.

Awesome product. Makes transfer of photos from memory card to phone quick and simple. Don’t have to worry about photos sitting in my camera for weeks and months before transferring them using a computer. Would not plug into phone because of the phone case, but that was easily fixed with an inexpensive usb-c extension cable.

I use it to keep in my car so I can get my dashcam videos onto my phone. Works really well and is built really good.
