We like it!
No knobs to turn since it is all digital! This little oven has a preheat function and the timer starts just as soon as the oven is pre-heated so you have to be on top of putting your food into the oven when it's ready. I got around that by just putting my food in the oven during the pre-heating step which does not take long to get up to temp since it is so small. We use ours oven a LOT in the summer time for small things since why heat up the house for just a few chicken strips or pizza rolls right? This oven is small so it's on the counter top all the time. We also use it as a keep warm oven when needed. Love our purchase!

DEFECTIVE
Controls were clever and useful after a learning curve not helped much by the manual.Left out was that 2 heating elements were defective and I received a full refund which I used to repurchase because I really like this oven. when working it's a 5 star.

Don't order it
The product arrived with the glass detached from the oven door. The oven door itself didn't close properly leaving a large gap between the door and the frame. It was completely nonfunctional.

Great as a oven, but not good as a toaster.
It makes a great oven. Heats fast and cooks evenly. But as a toaster it’s subpar. Takes a long tine to toast and it drys out the toast so you end up with lightly toasted crisp bread. Works good enough for bagels and English muffins. But sucks at making toast. If you that’s ok with you than like I said it’s a great little oven.

Good product
This oven is very convenient, you don't need to check the time and temperature you need, just turn it. I am very satisfied, it is very suitable to recommend small families.

High tech, slick looking toaster oven
Our toaster oven was old and we needed a replacement. This one is definitely an upgrade for us. The LCD screen to adjust temps and timer are easy to adjust and instructions are easy to follow. It comes with a few attachments (pizza pan and a handle to remove the hot pan). See short video attached for a quick view. When the oven is on, a light turns on and a fan blows, so it makes a little noise, but it's not bad. Also beeps when it's finished. I like that there's a quick button to add 30 seconds to toasting if needed, and I like the countdown timer that shows when cooking.Excellent customer service. I've reached out and they are very responsive and helpful.

The glass is not pre-installed!
Never in my wildest dreams had I envisioned a toaster oven in which you have to insert the glass? Why is this a problem? Because there are no instructions, or marks such as "this was up", or "this way faces front." No matter how we slid it in, as soon as you open the door, the glass falls out. I saw that another reviewer had mentioned this, and thought it to be a fluke. No, it's how it comes. Don't bother. There are no sealants, no wedges, no anything to keep the glass from falling outward when you open the door.
