So Far, So Good
I just received my product. Okay, I must admit I was nervous after reading some negative reviews, however, thus far the product is operating as stated. You have the three receivers, each takes two triple A batteries. The transmitter does not use any batteries or cords to operate, once you attach it to your camera shoe, it uses power directly from the camera. How will this affect the power source of the camera, I cannot adequately say, only time will tell if this receiver drains your camera battery. There doesn't appear to be any sort of delays between transmitter and receiver, so far my max distance has been ten feet.Update. The ability to have your flash attached to wireless and position it somewhere and you have the ability to manuver is priceless. This product gives ypu the freedom to create portraits with amazing shadow contrast and detail as if using light setups just because you have the freedom to move and station flash somewhere else. Other ppl have complained about problems I havent had any, however I believe I may know why some ppl have problems. I have two external flashes...one sppedlight ttl 520 the other bower. The speedlight connects well and receives input quickly and since thecycle is quick you can get numerous flashes back to back. The bower however is slower and requires constant input by transmitter....I have to tap the button atop transmittet to have bower activate. The cycle is slow so I take a shot and wait a full second before taking another shot. So of tpu dont have speedlight flash you may have problems. The product feels cheaply made, so I recommend you keep the plastic baggy it comes with or find somewhere to store your receivers that has some cushion. Is this something a professional wants to use, I doubt it, but for hobbyist and individuals who are trying to become professional but are on a tight budget, this will get the job done. I hope that it last longer than some of the reviews have claimed. But, I will say this, the products that I've purchased here for my camera, most are not name brand materials, have yet to fail me and work flawlessly. As I always tell people, do your research and if you don't feel right about getting this product or feel iffy about it, listen to your gut instinct and shop around. Maybe shopping around will help you make a decision.

I am happy with these remote triggers and they are very helpful ...
I am happy with these remote triggers and they are very helpful for taking photographs without having the flash mounted on the camera body. I bought the 3-pack with the expectation that I will grow into them. The price was just reasonable for the amount I plan to use the units, which is for personal/occasional usage. These remote flash triggers worked exactly as described, after I figured out that one of my low-end flashes was not compatible with the transmitter units. My nicer flash, which allows me to go into manual mode, works flawlessly with the remote triggers. Luckily I had that better flash available, otherwise I may have assumed that the triggers were not functional. One thing to note, and this may be my own issue, but I was expecting the camera to indicate that the transmitter was attached to my Canon Rebel XT as a flash in the display since it was on the camera's hot shoe. It was only when I lighting conditions were poor that the units actually triggered correctly and I figured out that they were working properly. So the combination of low lighting and setting the flash to manual mode were the only things that were not immediately obvious to me to have them operate properly. The written instructions are not overly clear for help or explanations. For personal use, you can't go wrong with getting 3 units for less than $30. I have only had them a few days but so far I haven't had any issues or mis-fires.

The best $30 you'll spend on your photography
I spent many a photo session trying to get my flashes to trigger using a master flash. That worked OK indoors, but trying to make sure the sensors were always pointed at one of the other flashes was a pain. I finally broke down and purchased these little gems and I'm glad I did. I read that they were not so sturdy, so I bought the 3-pack to use with my 2 flashes, giving me one spare. So far, they have been fantastic. They worked right out of the box, and I've tested them out at about 50 feet (15 meters), and they have worked perfectly. They do feel a little cheaply made, but for the price, you could buy 10 of these as backups and still be under the price of other triggers. I say, it's a lot of bang for your buck.

Good for the price but play with the channel settings
When I first got these units, sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't - about 40% success rate. It was very frustrating as I had a model ready to go and Speedlights not firing. I considered returning them. Then I started playing with the channel select switches and found a channel that works pretty well. Now I'd say they work 95% of the time. You get what you pay for and this is no exception. If you are willing to tolerate a few missed triggers now and then, then these are fine. If you need 100% reliability then consider higher dollar products. These work fine for occasional home/hobby use but if I were a professional or had deeper pockets I'd invest in higher quality triggers.

decent low-budget transmitter/receiver
These worked really well for me. They replaced some other budget wireless triggers that I had been using and get the job done just fine. My only complaint is the location of the power switch, which invariably ends up being right underneath where your flash is. Poor design if you ask me. The switch should have been on the side or front of the radio receivers and out of the way of your flash. But despite that inconvenience, it's a decent low-budget flash transmitter/receiver set.

good in close proximity (0-10')
these can be okay if you are close to them, but its hit or miss if you are not within 10' of the receivers. I got these for adding effects with light on long exposures, so its not the end of the world for me in these situations because I can hit the trigger button multiple times if needed to get it to fire.if you want these for shots that matter a little more, I would say they are unreliable if you plan to be moving around a lot.

great
Normally only write one or two word reviews but this is worth more, opend the bag they came in and instantley took a dislke to the "plastic" feel to them, but dont let that put you off, i have tested them using heavy use, fast use and low and high flash powers and there BRILLIANT, they didnt fail or misfire oncenot sure of the range but will check that another time but for less that £20 WOW, cheep, great to work with, easy to set up (4 channels) and at the price that they are easy replaced if damagedwill be recomendingCamera-Canon 700DFlash's - Yongnu0 568exII

Great value EDIT - you get what you pay for
Perfect, does exactly what it says with no probs. all you need is 2 x AAAs per receiver and you're good to go. I'd only go for more expensive triggers if I needed metering or high speed sync (these go up to 250) if you need that then the YN-622s are a better bet but you're looking at 5 x the price.Edit: these have now started failing on me. Happened an hour before a shoot. Have now bought some very well regarded Interfit Titan Pros - more expensive but they won't leave you high and dry.... An cheaper alternative would be the Calumet Pros.

Frustrating and basically useless.
Works, but is next to useless as sync is very flaky. When well within range (<6ft), generally misses the shot unless you turn the shutter speed down to 1/80, when you extend the range to the point where optical wouldn't work (say 30ft), I get random self firing and up to half a second delay on a test fire.

No brainer for the money
Don't know how they do it for the price, a complete no brainer. Does exactly as it says on the tin all I need to now is get another flash gun.Tried it with an old Shepherd flash meter and functions well letting me measure the amount of light reaching the subject and light reflected from it to get a correct exposure, brilliant.
