Great Machine
Seller was excellent delivered before due date and very well protected.Machine itself replaced a debunked unit . This time around decided to go with a branded unit. This being a larger capacity lan I required but not much bigger in counter space.Has many ways to deliver the exact strength of coffee required. Only exact thing you need to do is water quantity it takes all that is in tank. Only disappointment being no supplied reusable filter have to use paper ones you can however buy a filter off Philips see as well as other items.

It makes gorgeous coffee I am so pleased with it
Love love this coffee maker it’s not as loud as I thought it would be when grinding very easy to clean love it

Good value for money
The machine works well and is easy to operate once you have learned how to do it (with my one criticism being it is not very intuitive). Other peoples' complaints about the coffee taste are ill-founded as this depends very much on the beans being used and not the machine itself.Fair warning for UK customers: the machine came with a european plug!

One of the worst shopping in my memory.
The media could not be loaded. No FILLTER BASKET? GRINDER FUNNEL LID can't be opened. It's a coffee machine that doesn't work at all, that is, it can't be returned? Can't get a correct processing result again? After a whole morning of communication, I couldn't see the problem through the video, but I went back to the original point? Ask me if the order is correct? I'm really dizzy. A once-in-a-lifetime misfortune happened to me? How difficult it is to solve it? If there is no problem, why do I bother with the coffee machine that includes 9.98 freight?
