Bio-Nutritional Power Crunch, Triple Chocolate 12 Cookies

These Bio-Nutritional Power Crunch protein bars are fabulous! I love the Triple Chocolate because they have that chocolate malt taste to them...which probably comes from the malt barley that is used in their production. I eat one a day because I'm not a big meat eater. These bars have 13 grams of high quality protein in each bar...so I don't feel guilty starting my day off with a cup of hot tea and a yummy triple chocolate protein bar. Since I'm a huge veggie and fruit eater, I can get my vitamins and minerals from those sources. The Power Crunch bars are sort of like those old fashioned wafer cookies. They are layered with wafers with the chocolate "frosting" is in between each layer and on the outside...yet there are only 10 grams of carbs per bar and 205 calories. There are also 13 grams of fat (6 saturated) and 7% of your RDA of potassium. The only thing that some people might not like is that they are a little on the crumbly side like a wafer would be, but that is what plates and napkins are for. These protein bars are far more yummy than those concrete protein bars that you can buy anywhere. I just plain love these bars, but I would highly recommend them to an elderly person who needs some extra protein and maybe doesn't have the chewing power or teeth to eat hard protein bars or a lot of meat.

These are really amazing. I have been on a liw carb cdiet for the last 3-4 months and have lost a little over 40lbs. I grabbed on at a local 7-11 after seeing the low carb count and high protein, and I was shocked that I actually really liked the taste. I had been anticipating something that would at least curb my hunger, but I assumed that like most protein bars, I would just be tolerating it. I was very pleasantly surprised.Mu girlfriend who is also on a low carb diet is in love with chocolate, so I was hally that she too really enjoyed them.I was paying a littke over $2.00 per bar and with both of us averaging 2 per day it was getting pricey. We did find them at our local grocery store and paid $5.00 for 4 bars which was a great deal on sale, but the regular price was 2 for $3.00, also a good deal.That's approximately what I'm oaying on Amazon, but now they are delivered to my home which is much more convenient. I also don't have to deal with ny grocery stire running out of certain flavors, only stocking a small quantity and competing with others for for what they have left.My advice to avoid them being a bit crumbly as well as improving the taste (significantly in ny eyes) is storing them in the refrigerator.Now that I'm buying 2 cases of chocolate and 2 cases of salted caramel (for me), they are there when I need them. My only challenge now while tring to continue losing weight is not eating 5 a day as opposed to 2 which works well for low carb. They are just that good, but I will just need to train myself to stick to 2 bars a day, or get really fat tring. ;-)

These bars taste so good. This is the only protein bar that i eat, and I do think that they're the best option on the market. I would give them five stars, but these bars are dangerously addictive. I‘d love to keep them on hand as an emergency snack, but if I have them around at all, I lose self control and snack on them all the time.

If you are here, go ahead and buy these protein/snack bars! These snack/protein bars are extremely delicious! So delicious that they are addicting. Its like eating a kitkat bar, only its more delicious and only has 5g of sugar with 13g of protein. They are perfect for anyone, whether you workout often and need a,"relatively" healthy treat or are just hungry for a sweet treat but don't want too much sugar added to your diet. I have bought many boxes on Amazon as they are the cheapest here. The,"Triple Chocolate" is the best flavor for me. And these bars are not too waxy unlike other protein bars, that is why they may melt in hot temperatures. Buy them! You will love your purchase!

This product is excellent as a treat, but much more so to help maintain a healthy body. I was diagnosed that my body went into starvation mode which, among other things, my blood levels were all over the place. I notice this product boosts up my levels to normalcy without having blood sugar spikes. I dipped down to 112 lbs and am making progress. These bars have become a medical necessity. I purchase them by the case. The taste is excellent.

I have one (sometimes 2) every morning. Sometimes I pair it with fruit or yogurt. Tastes delicious & feels like I'm eating a cookie in the morning. Breakfast is hard for me, so this helps.I like that it satisfies, is from whey & not soy protein & doesn't spike my blood sugar. And tastes as close to a cookie as I've found.I tried the peanut butter chocolate & cookies & cream & actually didn't like. I wish they'd come out with a lemon bar though!

I do like these. They make a good grab and go or I like the mint as a sweet treat. The only thing I don't like is the stevia. It's in everything these days!! I don't like the taste. It leaves a weird aftertaste and numbness of my tongue. Stevia probably helps keep the calories down, but i could do with out it. I like these enough to tolerate it, but would love these if they did away with the stevia.

A family favorite for a nutritious snack. The ingredients are quite clean and the taste cannot be beat for as little carbs as it has usually 5g. They are very satisfying and we've tried over 2 dozen protein bars over the years. It's great to see they have variety of flavors, we've tried almost all except red velvet and they are all fantastic - will not disappoint!
