False and misleading battery capacity rating
the batteries that came with this unit had a description on the outer label stating 4200mah now I know very well that type of capacity simply does not exist in the 18650 class of Li-Ion however the newer class 26650 LI-Ion do have higher capacities. Also to note the supplied 18650 X4 just happen to also be relabeled mixed types of batteries ?? I discovered by upon noticing a lavender or blue ring on the negative pole that is visible if you look closely.they appear to most likely be recycled Modem backup batteries which typically depending on age have a sub 2000Mah capacityAnd for those who dont know be wary of 18650 Li-ions on the popular auction site EB that have lofty ratings as these are fictitious and very rampant on that site because of the large influx to China of backup 18650 batteries something like 78% of worlds used Li-ions head over there!!

I've had these for two years, wouldn't buy again.
The rechargeable battery life on these sucks and will deteriorate quickly over time. 2 years in and I have to ensure I've fully charged them the night before needing to use them. And even with doing that, they die within an hour or so of use now. If you're planning to use these for emergency situations in your car, DON'T. They will not hold a battery charge while waiting to be used.Right after you get them they seem to be great, bright light, hold a charge, etc. Just don't expect them to last a long time. They do hold up well to abuse, dirt and grime. I've used them for several auto garage projects. If only they had used better batteries....

CAUTION: Lights Out (literally)
First few weeks I was quite impressed with these two LED work lights. Now, not so much. One works fine. The second will not hold a charge. Swapped out the batteries, recharged. Same story. Batteries drain even when light is not in use. Unfortunately, I am passed my 30 day return limit. Guess I'm stuck with one working light for the price of two. Ouch !

Great value. Very versitile
This is the second set of these I have purchased. I needed additional lighting to work in a crawl space and change out light fixtures in my Father in law's home. The many angle the handle adjusts to came in handy as I contorted in the crawl space. I also used on to charge my phone without having to move my phone close to an outlet. When you consider these come with 18650 batteries. they are a real value. Mr brother in law was so impressed, I left him one

Not That Great
One of the lights must have defective 18 650 batteries because after fully charging and leaving it alone without using it for a few days you come back and it's dead. One works but the other is dead. I think the option here is to get real 18 650 batteries and not cheap Chinese knock-off batteries that come with the unit.

bright!
nice and bright, doesn't last long, but if you put panasonic 18650 they definitely will. of course use up the the 18650 set first then replace or not, basic micro usb charging port, not the c usb. 3 modes, bright, not so bright, and useless annoying flashing that remind of a house alarm flasher, well unless you getting it to be an alarm flasher, then it be a useful mode.

Not as bright as I had hoped but still a good buy
I really like these because of the price and they're convenient but when I compared their light output to a Nebo 500 lumen COB light they were slightly dimmer although rated at 1500 lumens. The Nebo is more expensive than the two OTYTY so I guess you get what you pay for. Having more than one light source is nice doing what I bought them for. I gives a more natural even spread of light. I still like these but I was hoping for them to be at least as bright as the Nebo given they are rated as 3 times more powerful.

Great pair of lights!
Great little little. Smaller than I expected, which is a good thing. Gets in tight spots under the hood and is very bright. I have used them several hours now and have not had to recharge yet.I like the 2 brightness levels, have not found a use for the strobe but it’s there if you want it.Only thing I would change- Add a magnet, multi-position stand/handle works great but a magnet would be a nice addition.

Really like these light but...
In case you are contemplating...I find the straight bar across slightly brighter than the 2 rectangle versions of these types of lights.OTYTY uses their own "brand" of battery and I find it is not a "durable" as the Ultra Fire 18650 batteries which come with the Katyaone version of these lamps as they last much longer before needing to be charged.Then... the Katyaone version do not come in this brighter form.

A bit pricey, but super versatile and useful.
I love the flat profile (less than 2 inches/5cm thick; 5.5 inches/13.5 cm wide; 3.75 inches/9.5 cm tall), the integrated, ratcheted kickstand, USB charging, battery life, super sturdy plastic housing and at less than 350grams, they are really lightweight. The best thing is the remarkable amount of light it throws, especially when fully charged. We are working on a deck build and these have been super useful for when sun sets at 4:30 these days, allowing us to easily keep working until 7pm on these dark, dreary, black November evenings.I am a bit of a flashlight geek - we live rural where there are no street lights, and it gets BLACK dark when the sun goes down; I have MANY flashlights, only a very few make the grade - lightweight, easily held, carried and propped up; long battery; battery that ALSO acts as a power bank, USB rechargeable; and waterproof enough to use when raining are my key criteria. These not only meet, but exceed my very picky standards. The brightness allows us to easily check on the animals, check out noises, and do all sorts of chores and "investigations" after dark. The kickstand operates as a handy handle when walking about, or to point the light just where you need it when you set it down.Recharge time is swift, at less than two hours, and it does offer two brightness levels, as well as strobe. I do not have a true idea of run time per charge, as it depends on brightness level used...but we use it for several hours each day, usually on bright and seem to be charging it about twice a week.DO NOT turn this on while looking at the light - it is bright enough to completely shut off your nightvision, and temporarily blind you.I fully intend to get more of these, as gifts for friends and so there is a set in each of our vehicles (car, truck, tractor, ATV's etc.), in case of emergency - be it to as a battery bank to charge a device, to change a tire or make emergency repairs. The battery bank feature makes them super handy in a power outage, as you can easily charge a smartphone, and could likely charge a smaller pad or laptop computer, or provide power for a movie from the net. There are two things that keep this from being a full five stars - there is no magnet on the back, nor a battery life indicator...but hey, this is a work/trouble light, I may be asking too much. Don't let my nit picking dissuade you from getting these, they are a bit pricey, but super versatile and useful.

Exceptional!
WOW these are super bright! Just one puts off an extraordinary amount of light in "high" mode and the "low" mode is a great option for less, but still bright, light. The option to use rechargeable batteries as well as regular AA's is terrific. The feel extremely sturdy. I've got one in my car and I use the other regularly in the yard after dark to complete chores. Makes me feel safe to be able to take this with me to provide extra light in areas the back porch light doesn't reach. Definitely recommend! Can't comment on battery life yet.

Rather Illuminating!
For the price point, and purchased as a set of two, I couldn't be any happier. It's also a nice touch that these lights can run on their supplied 18650 rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries, or be powered in a pinch by regular AA batteries. The brightness is significant. And the size just right - not to big, not to small. As far as the handle/stand, it seems to be sufficient to get the job done, but in a shop environment, I won't hold my breath for them living too terribly long. (This is the same story for every other rechargeable work light I've had, so I won't be upset when the time comes.) On a side note, the lights do have a USB socket each for charging other devices. This too could come in handy when going camping as the supplied batteries each are rated for 3800mAhs, and there are two per light.

As advertised
It’s small like about 6-7 inches but bright, once the rechargeable battery wears out (USB charger comes with it you can put 3 double AA battery in itSo it’s gonna last you long time. It also holds charge well I have not charged it after the first dayIt has handle to carry or you can make it in the stand, it’s built well not cheaply made. I got it to work underneath my car in the evening I am pretty sure there are bigger models of the same type of a work light
