I have recently been having racing heart. I am near menopause and under stress ( but who isn’t right?!). I decided to try thinking maybe it would help but if not probably good to take regardless. I started having palpitations a couple of years ago. It took me a while to realize it wasn't normal, and they've increased in the past few months. Like many, doctors just tell me they're benign, but it's hard not to worry about it, and they're pretty disruptive. After some research, I found that magnesium deficiency could be a possible cause. I also seriously improved my diet with a lot more veggies. Well, after a couple of weeks, my heart palpitations aren't noticeable anymore. No more skipped beats, no more heart beating like a hammer in my chest, no more heart-in-my-throat feeling, no more difficulties to fall asleep because my heart is driving me crazy. I still have some episodes of rapid heartbeat for no reason, and very slow heartbeat also for no reason, but I'll get specific treatment for that. It didn't work right away, this isn't a magic pill. But the palpitations faded gradually over perhaps two or three weeks, the worst of the symptoms completely fading away after a week or two. Now, most of the reviews are about heart palpitations. That's what the product is geared towards. But it's simply high quality magnesium, and a lot of people would benefit from it, heart issues or not. It makes you feel better, helps with stress and sleep issues, and constipation. One star removed because I wish it came without potassium. It's a token amount (I believe it's limited by law), but as someone whose family is prone to blood clots (and I personally have a tendency for low heart rate), I must be extra careful with my potassium levels.

If you suffer from PVC’s then this was made for you. It works, and it works fairly fast. It’s so effective you’d honestly think it was prescription. It can help stop a pending SVT in me personally as well. But it eliminates PVC’s not only in me but for several family members. The L-Taurine has a very mild and pleasant relaxing effect. Relaxing, but not sleepy in any way. This stuff has been a mainstay in my home for years now and is worth every penny.

Excellent product! My father has been on several heart medications for over 10 years and was slowly getting worse. His doctors' were constantly trying to get him on more medications and even when he took more, he just wasn't getting any better. So, he decided to take things into his own hands and began to learn more than his doctors about his condition. He started reading several books starting with Carolyn Dean's "Magnesium Miracle" and "Beat Your A-Fib" by Steven Ryan, PhD. He also tried several types of magnesium and other supplements such as CoQ10 which did help him feel somewhat better. He tried other heart supplements that used the nitric oxide and L-Arginine formulas, but it wasn't until he started using Heart Calm that he felt a noticeable difference with his arrhythmia.
