Great designs! I really like them BUT the pattterns are American and although there is a glossary explaining the equivalent names for the stitches in UK English, I would have like 5 pages as the back explaining how to do each kind of stitch. I haven’t knitted for a few years and I’ve forgotten what stocking stitch and moss stitch are, for example. A photo and notes for each stitch would have helped enormously!

I didn't realise -possibly my fault - that this book is American with American instructions and will types.

Beautiful patterns but have to guess if wool needed us dk, aran or 4ply.

i really appreciated that a few more pages from the book were available for view before buying, so i knew what i was buying. a nice book, i could see myself knitting most of the items available i it.

Bought for my wife as we're expecting out first grandchild and she's already knitted some things. I can't knit, but the book looks good to me, with a nice variety of patterns to work on.
