The media could not be loaded.  This is my secondtime buying a furniture here and im impressed with the quality. I can even sit on it while tying my shoe laces. The assembly is tough but I dont mind as long as I know it will last long. We can now hang bags, hats, keys and coats easily by the door.

After getting half way through putting this together, we found 3 separate pieces that were misshaped enough that they would not align. Both bottom shelves were too short, the posts are at different, uneven angles (as shown in pic) and the bar that goes across the top is extremely warped (pic). Currently awaiting reply from manufacturer.

I just finished putting this together, so my review might be a little premature since I can't comment on how well it works just yet, but I can say that it looks very nice. I was a little frustrated at first because they literally just give you a picture of each step without any other instruction. They label parts on the sheet, but only one thing in my box actually had a letter on it, so it was kind of a guessing game. Thankfully it was all pretty straight forward. WARNING THOUGH, when putting the shelves together, I would highly advise you do the wooden one first, or if you do the wire ones don't tighten them all the way. If you do then the wooden shelf will not fit and you'll have to go back and loosen things. Also, when putting in the first poles, pay attention to where the holes are at the top. I managed to turn them without loosening too much, but still felt dumb for not looking at that first. It is super light, so that makes me a little worried, but I don't anticipate that we'll be overloading it anyways so.

Wish I had just a little more height for the shoes. Family gets annoyed and leaves them on the floor still. At least I have a way to walk behind and organize. Looks nice. Ended up not sitting on the bench, it's right underneath the coats and hubby wanted (attractive) bins. So that's what I put there. But we could sit on it (if you aren't large). Appreciate now having a place for visitors coats, wet scarves, shoes, and baskets. You can choose which row of hooks goes on top or bottom. Put it together quickly. Has never rocked with all of our coats and bags. Have tried heavy purses but not heavy backpack. It's metal and veneer. But looks nice. Double hooks are plenty large and easy to use. Can vacuum under or shift easily if desired.

Putting this Coat rack together was...an adventure. The product came right on time, it was very well packaged and they supplied me with one page of picture instructions and one tiny tool: half hex key & half screw driver. Partially through building I gave up on the tool and pulled out my husband's. It was a nice gesture IRONCK, but waaaayy to small. OK now for the most frustrating part...the evil shelves! These damn things would not line up! It took all my might to pull, hold, and force the screws into the holes! The shelves alone took me an hour to assemble. *sigh* Aside from that nightmare the rest was smooth sailing. I am very proud! HAHAHA I would say....be patient, take your time, and it'll all work out in the end...because it really is a beautiful coat rack and very sturdy and doesn't lean. I loooove it!!!

This is my fourth piece in the collection of furniture from IRONCK and again its nice and sturdy. The assembly with these pieces are sometimes a challenge but I recommend having your own Phillips and Hex L-Key for the job to go fast and smooth, otherwise the included tool may be okay for smaller hands. On my piece one of the bars of the bottom tray wasn't threaded all the way and somewhat bent as if the machine threading it threw it. Although one screw only went half way in here it didn't affect the look or rest of construction and serves its purpose. Thanks.

I ordered this to hang keys, purses/gym bags & sit shoes on the shelves. Worked out great! I put together myself, took prob 1.5, wasn’t the easiest assembly to do with 1 person, but comes with picture instructions & it’s own two little Allen wrenches. I think the quality it nice. The only complaint I have after having it up is because we have baseboards & quarter round it doesn’t sit up against the wall perfectly, which wouldn’t be an issue but the top piece of it is connected about a couple inches from the back of the piece so it appears to stick out of from the wall further. I still really like the piece & would recommend!

I built this by meself with help of a toddler. Pieces were well labeled and it fit perfect in the small space by the door in our split level. We are a family of five with jackets, hats, book bags and musical instruments. Shoes do off at the door and it’s perfect for an after school/outing dumping area. It looks classy enough to not clash with the surroundings too. I was worried. I’m very happy to have found this!!!
