I really like this hall tree. It's small enough to fit in the small space between my condo's front door and the stairs. But, it does hold a lot. I put it together myself in about 30 minutes. Since some reviews said they were missing screws, I pulled all of the parts out of the box and counted everything the directions said I should have. Note that there is one box with screws, but then there's another bag further inside the box with tools, the hooks, and more screws. I panicked at first until I found the extra bag. I'm only about 5 feet, 1 inch tall and managed it by myself. I did get on a step stool to install the top shelf and the top bar with hooks near the end. It was very easy to follow the picture directions and it looks nice. I did sit on the bench lightly. I do think it feels sturdy. But, I wouldn't plop down on it. I didn't use the wall anchors and straps to secure it. I just had my walls painted and didn't want to mess them up. I got some 3M picture hangings strips in large. They are the kind with sticky tape on the back and velcro. So, I put one strip on the back of each of the tall bars on the sides. I attached the velcro of the second strips to each of them and peeled off the backing. That way, I could just press the bars directly into the walls. It seems secure for now. It was mostly secure before, but I prefer it to be more sturdy.

I bought this coat rack to put in my entryway so my kids can kick off their shoes, takeoff their jackets, and lay their backpacks all in the same area rather than spread everything around the house and then scramble to find it the next morning on the way out the door.This rack is perfect for my purposes. It has 10 double hooks which means it can hold 20 individual items. That’s a lot of jackets umbrellas and backpacks, etc. It can comfortably fit six pairs of adult shoes but probably more if you have very young children.It has a little drawer that’s perfect for keeping teenagers car keys and lanyards inside. This one single rack has helped me stay so organized. And it helps the living room and kitchen to stay that much neater without having kids shoes and backpacks and hoodies spread all over the place.It came basically all put together. There was just a couple pieces I needed to put in place. I think even a kid could have put those pieces together. It was that easy. I especially appreciate that because there was a time when I struggled putting together furniture all by myself. So I know how it is.All in all this is a really great piece of furniture and I got it for a good price. I’m happily giving it five stars but I would give it more if that option was available

Nice size coat rack for drop off right inside our door to garage. It is not heavy so we will need to be cautious about hanging heavy coats, bags, etc. but is nice for removing shoes before we go in house. Great place to place keys and other odds and ends for easy access on way out the door. It was very easy to put together. It has attachments to anchor to wall which will help with top heaviness but I had not attached them yet when I took the photos. Can’t give it five stars just because it is not super sturdy but it looks nice and will function well if we don’t overload it.

This took less than an hour to assemble. They provided REAL tools (Phillips and Allen) screw drivers. Now my entry way looks much nicer. (See Before). I looked at so many others but this fits my need best. The top shelf is great for hats and misc. the bench held my weight 160lbs. I like the screw in hooks. These offer 20 hooks. The ONLY thing I would have preferred in staggered hook placement. As they had prescribed holes I did not want to move myself and risk cracking. Hanging a long item on top covers item right below.Reviews complained about top screws too long. Before I received the item I got an email from seller. I was to let them know if I had any issues with top screws they would send me shorter. I had NO issue with any screws. This has simplified my life! Really.In addition, in light of many sellers compensating or reimbursing or otherwise contacting buyers for positive reviews, I have not been paid, nor received free merchandise, nor have I been approached by the seller asking for a positive review.

Where to begin! There's a lot to like about this coat rack/shoe rack/storage unit. Assembly took maybe an hour to an hour-and-a-half (I'm not the fastest builder out there), but it's simple and honestly hard to mess up. There are hooks aplenty! It has so far managed to carry a number of jackets (usually 5 or 6 at a time), but I haven't tested it with my heavy coats. Don't think it would be a problem, especially if the unit is weighted down from the shoe rack and storage drawer. The drawer isn't very deep, but it's great for storing keys, winter accessories like gloves, hats, and scarves, and important papers I can't forget on my way out! Actually haven't used the shoe rack functionality much - due to my home's layout, this is just a bit out of the way, and I typically leave my shoes on... old habits die hard. After all that, my favorite aspect of this coat rack might be the bamboo construction. It just looks so good in my home. Very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend

Although I have a large coat closet by my front door, there was no space to plop a purse/light jacket/hat down for guests. This fits perfectly to the right of my door. It was easy to assemble, came with needed tools, and is a great rich color. Packaging was great! I didn't use all the hangers available and it works perfectly.

Not too big, not too small. This is actually nicer than what I expected. It's great quality and went together smoothly. I assembled it by myself, using only the tools that came with it (better than most included tools) and it only took a few minutes. The only problem I ran into is not related to the product but to my uneven floors (lol). I made some leg supports to accommodate the 1/2" slope of my floor so that the top of this hall tree isn't 6" away from the wall while the bottom is pushed against the molding. If you have an old house, you might want to consider that this could be an issue.
