Measure Carefully
When choosing the size of the mats, they are listed in square feet. For the 12 mat pack they show 48 square feet (which is 4.46 square metres). The tiles are 600mm square which, for 12, makes 4.32 square metres which equates to 46.5 square feet, 1.5 square feet less than listed. I needed 4.41 square metres and thought these would cover the area (with cutting). To make matters worse, when I ordered an extra pack to make up the difference, they are a different make and don't interlock with the others.I know I should have done the calculation based on 600mm per mat but it would have helped if they'd done the conversion more accurately in the first place.

decent quality for the price.
I bought these to make black out boards for the rear of the car. They're easy to cut (scissors or scalpel), and the two packets that came were of the same design (contrary to some of the reviews here)They fit together well, each mat has two edging strips attached. They are able to be super-glued together, and don't melt or deform. They have a pattern on one side and are blank on the other, the pattern is quite continuous when affixed together.I have knocked one star off for two reasons ... a couple of the mats were very slightly thinner than others (meaning i had to match them as closely in pairs to make my project), and the backs have pit marks in them (this is only relevant to my situation as i am looking at the backs from within the car .. but it may be of interest to other customers)All in all though ... for the price they are well worth it and i don't think you'd notice the slight thickness issue too much when installed on a floor.

Good quality tiles
I have used these to floor out a garage I am using as a home gym. They have all gone together well and the colour match across packs is good too. So far they seem quite hard wearing.

Not to be used outside.
Bought these mats to use in the small gym I've built to cope with Lockdown / shielding. Unfortunately, the mats aren't able to cope with the weather that we have been having. I wasn't able to lay the mats down immediately, but found that a lot of them had distorted badly, so I wasn't able to connect them together. I have a feeling that even inside, they are likely to distort in direct sunlight, and become damaged.

Superb
We have used these mats as a base for our new Spa Pool and surrounding area for safety getting in and out. Great.

Assuming I made a good choice
Given the plethora of options in floor mats for the gym, what I can tell you is these don't suffer from any of the issues or complaints that others had in their reviews. They formed a 3x4 nicely, don't move at all on top of laminate flooring and are great for wrestling on, as well as working out.I even spilt my protein shake on one when wrestling and it wiped clean with no issues. Highly recommended.11/10. Would wrestle the wife and spill protein on them again just to prove it wipes clean for an Amazon review in a heartbeat.

RUBBISH FOR HOME GYM
These foam tiles are advertised for your home gym, they are rubbish for this situation, if you do aerobic exercise your trainers stick to the floor meaning lack of movement, Prolonged use will result in the tiles ripping, if you put a spin bike or assault bike etc on the it causes the bike to wobble.... if looking for a home gym you need hard rubber type tiles..... mis leading advertising

Not great quality
I bought these for a gym room. I only have them about two weeks...They are very thin and they slide on my wooden floor and they do not stick together very well... any quick movement pulls them apart .ie burbees, jumping Jack's etc they also pulled apart when holding a plank and they are also quite slippy. They mark very easily too.I'm sorry I choose these, I'm thinking of replacing with something safer.Would certainly not recommend for gym/exercise... maybe okay for kids playroom
