The listing makes this out as a toy car with lots of neat features. In reality, it is a quality diecast collectible with many well-done features that most manufacturers do not include. Interior lighting, dashboard instruments light-up, hinged doors that open & close solidly, well painted exterior with paint-lines that line up correctly. Don't be fooled by the fact that this is from an obscure maker. This model holds up to anything BBurago or Maisto or Yat Ming has ever made, if not better.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Model Car is a high-quality model car that is made mainly of metal and has many features not found on other model cars of this type and price range, such as:Working headlights and tail lights, dash lights, emergency flasher lights;The hood ornament (the Spirit of Ecstasy) lights up and can be folded down under the hood;Each rear door has an umbrella that can be pulled out of the end of the door;Side mirrors that can be folded closed;A skylight sun shield that can be opened and closed;The inside of the skylight has a star-filled night sky that changes color;The horn can honk;There are optional engine start-up and running sounds;A detailed engine compartment;The hood, trunk, and four doors open and close;The armrests can be opened & closed;It is a pull-back car, meaning that if you pull the car backward, it will drive forward a certain distance;A spring suspension;and Flocked carpet.You will find a small rubber suction cup in the trunk. This is used to open the doors, which is a bit of a hassle, but it allows the doors to have windows.When I received my model car, the hood did not close flush. The metal hood can distort a little with large temperature changes in shipping. The seller was helpful and responded quickly with a tip to fix the issue. You can roll a piece of toilet paper into a strip, stuff it into the connection between the hood and the body, and then press the front end of the hood hard. It worked, and the hood now closes completely.I am very pleased with my purchase of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Model Car.

I bought this for my sons birthday and didn’t really know about all the options it has… it’s really cool, lights, sounds… opening doors, hood, trunk… horn!

This was for my son, and it's far more functional and higher quality than I expected for a $40 price point. Similar die cast models go for hundreds. This was perfect with opening doors, hood/trunk, sound effects, lights, even the umbrella in the door of the RR. Very happy overall compared to what I was expecting for the price.

This model is much smaller than 1/18th scale. Too bad the details are nice but the smaller scale is a huge FAIL.The attached photo shows a line drawing depicting true 1:18th scale compared to the actual model misrepresented and sold here as 1:18th scale.

Very nicely made for the price. Good for my collection.
