Nomad Rugged Folio for iPhone XS Max | Rustic Brown Horween Leather

Overall it’s a high-quality piece. The leather is supple and takes a nice patina! This is my first “wallet case”. It’s an adjustment to get used to. My only critique is that it does add bulk..however, one must consider that you can ditch your wallet (provided you make some choices about what is essential. It works well with wireless charging and Apple Pay! The leather breaks in rather quickly and after a day or two you get used to folding the card holders back to use your phone. Taking photos is a bit awkward. I’d recommend this over apple’s folio!! It cheaper feels better quality but there is no magnet and auto-wake up upon opening..minor issues imho. I’ve dropped my phone with this case ... no issues you can be confident your phone is safe!!

This is the third iPhone I have put in a Nomad case! I’ve loved each one and they have all lasted the length of time I had the phone.

I really hate this case and it makes me super sad that I do. I had a leather nomad folio case for my iPhone 7- in fact I had two. I finally ordered one for my Xs max.The leather is nice but...The old version was thinner and it had magnetic closure. When folded back you could hardly tell it was a folio at all.This one is More bulky. It Doesn’t close well fully- with nothing in it- I can’t even imagine what it’s going to do when a card is in it.It doesn’t stay opened well because of the lack of magnetic closure. It just flaps there or you have to hold it back - which will be super annoying.

I really like this line of cases. However, I prefer the trifold as it holds credit cards and doesn’t trigger the screen when closed (flat side of trifold rests against screen). This holder is well made but does activate screen frequently.

Good quality the leather is genuine

I had to send this back because it made my voice sound intermittently robotic to people I was talking to (iPhone XS Max). I think it was caused by the case being folded over a microphone. When I changed to a regular case that didn't fold, the problem stopped.

Convenient product but is starting to fall apart after 2 months. Kinda disappointing.

Viele Elemente dieser Hülle sind gut und hochwertig verarbeitet. Das iPhone passt perfekt, die Bedienelemente sind frei zugänglich bzw. funktionieren in der Hülle einwandfrei. Das Leder hat eine sehr gute Qualität und haptische Anmutung. Man könnte eigentlich hochzufrieden sein. Nur warum kauft man sich eine alles umschließende Hülle? Man möchte sein Gerät perfekt schützen. Und das ist mit dem Deckel hier nicht gegeben. Durch den Umstand das hier 3 Kreditkarten auf der Innenseite des Deckels aufbewahrt werden können ist der Scharnierbereich entsprechend groß. Dadurch bedingt lässt sich der Deckel aber im geschlossenen Zustand verdrehen oder tordieren, so dass Bereiche des Display nicht mehr abgedeckt sind. Dadurch ist der Schutz nicht mehr gegeben. Warum schließt der Deckel nicht magnetisch? Warum hat man nicht andere Maßnahmen ergriffen, das der Deckel sauber schließt und geschlossen bleibt? So erfüllt das Produkt nicht meine Erwartungen an eine komplette Hülle und ich würde sie am liebsten wieder zurück schicken. Jetzt habe ich sie aber schon länger als eine Woche genutzt....Fazit:tolles Material, tolle Verarbeitung, perfekte Passform und Funktion der iPhone Halterung aber mangelhafter Displayschutz des Deckels. Wem das egal ist der bekommt eine tolle, aber auch teurere Hülle.
