DON'T BUY THIS LETTUCE SPINNER! We are longtime business customers on Amazon and we trust the process. We bought this lettuce spinner and when we received it we were very disappointed in the quality of the appearance. We have previously used a Greens Machine and this is so inferior that we didn't even try it. We did not use the machine. I contacted Amazon about a return and I was told that they might take a little bit off for the return and they would let me know later. I just received an email stating that we were charged a $310.64 restocking fee on a $590.00 item! The machine was never used and it was packed in the original packaging. This is totally unacceptable. I am going to dispute the charge in an attempt to negotiate a reasonable charge. And I no longer trust Amazon to provide reliable information on returns.If I had known that I would be charged 53% restocking fee I would have kept the junky thing and sold it locally but I wasn't given appropriate warning that I would be charged a usurious fee for the return.I also will not buy from KaTom again.

Great for high volume. The drain design could use improvement and this is very hard to clean. I would still highly recommend for anyone who is looking for anything bigger than the largest household spinners generally available

Well worth the money. No more drying salad greens, lettuce, kale, snow peas etc... with cotton towels.We own a small Certified Organic Farm and saving time is essential. My husband built a platform to hold the spinner on, and we place a drain bucket beneath it. Works great!
