Q: One of the propellers keeps running no matter what, how do I stop it / reset the drone?

I am sorry to hear that one propeller is not stopping. There are a few things to check for this. First, make sure you are using the included PCB test wings. Make sure all 4 motors are making direct contact with the silver trace on the wings. Lastly, make sure the motors are correctly lined up with the Drone HUB. There are small circles on the white motors, line those up with the circle on the HUB. There are also triangles on the black motor, so be sure to line those up with the triangle on the HUB as well.
