My daughter had this skin problem were she would have breakouts from the sun (rash, itchy) she tried alots of products. I recommend that she tried this product cause of the sulfur it has in it...she tried it and it worked ...it stop it from itching and the cream dry up the rash..she was surprised and happy. The cream was not solid form as we thought it would be, but soft and loose so be careful opening it..the smell is nice too.

Much too grainy when applying to skin. It just doesn’t seem to be smoothing to the skin with all the granules in the cream.

I wasn't aware when I made the purchase that the consistency of this creme was that if a scrub. After purchasing and reviewing more comments and questions (which i should have done before) I realized that it does help with sloughing off the dead skin, but you're supposed to leave it on. I was looking for a cream or lotion to either sleep in or wear during the day. Ive used it a few times, not enough to notice any real difference in my skin

I feel like singing from the mountain tops about this cream. I have the bumpy, red, rosacea and this cream, along with working with diet, has worked miracles. My skin is almost back to normal. . The shea butter and calendula make this cream very soothing and also moisturizing . Sulphur is amazing for the skin and the tea tree oil helps to kill off the extra mites that rosacea folks supposedly have on their faces. Say goodbye to the toxic, expensive, antibiotic junk from the dermatologist. This product is natural and actually works!

I bought this specifically for its main ingredients inside used another product on a sensitive area and it was very successful. There's got to be another abrasive ingredient in here because it inflamed my skin and generally made the symptoms worse. It was almost like it ate away the skin so it might be good for acne but not for a soothing antiseptic cream. The grittiness was irrelevant to me it's the fact that it was like using an acid on my skin and I've used similar products before with no ill effect. This was the most expensive experimental cream I bought and it was the most disastrous.
