J.R. Watkins Menthol Camphor Relief Mist, 4 Ounce

Great mist to spray in the shower. Been using this for as long as Watkins has been making it.

I went to a local day spa as a guess, and they had a special steam shower equipped with a eucalyptus aromatherapy jar - as you showered, steam would spray against the eucalyptus bar and fill the shower with a terrifically refreshing scent. I saw this at a country-style chain restaurant (wink) and using the Amazon Price-Finder snatched it up for $5 less than they charged. Just a few sprays of this stuff in your own shower and it fills your head and lungs like the chest rubs your mother would give you, or those hard-to-find bullet inhalers. I suffer from mucus buildup overnight (sorry for oversharing, but a lot of people have the same issue) and between the steam and this spray, I can now take a relatively quick shower and have my sinus issues cleared up. The ingredients on the front are the same as in the ingredients list, and I've had the bottle for some time now and have only used half of it. It's a great way to give yourself a day-spa treat for a few cents a shower.

Liked the product. No miracle cure, but makes you feel better.

This is a wonderful product. I like to spray the side of my pillow and underneath the blanket that I pull up around my face. This is the best,to help with night time stuffiness. It opens my sinuses and I can breathe. I just make sure that where I spray it my face doesn't touch the area that's why I spray the side of my pillow or a corner of my blanket underneath it. Sometimes I get one of my husband's handkerchiefs and spray the relief mist on it and breathe that in. Spraying it in the air seemed like a waste to me plus it didn't last long. This was my alternative for my situation and it work great. With the weather changing, the furnace running it seems when I go to bed I'm all stuffed up, not anymore. I absolutely love this stuff!!

It works,and it works fast

In my house, winter time brings on lots of sniffles and stuffy noses. Both of my kids have these small plug in devices that you insert a small essential oil infused pad into, and it diffuses the eucalyptus, camphor, or menthol oil into the air, opening up stuffed noses, and helping them to breathe while they sleep. The oil also helps to calm coughs. This is a spritzer bottle that contains the menthol and camphor in an easy to use spray. When my kids get ready for bed, I simply spray a few squirts of this into the center of the room, and it lasts for hours. Be careful, this stuff is potent. If I spray too much, it can irritate your eyes. If you're going to sleep, however, that's not an issue, as your eyes are closed. I keep a bottle of this year round, as I tend to use it myself when needed, rather than using nose sprays, which can be bad to use for more than a couple of days.

Smells like Vicks vapor rub and helped in my recovery.
