Too small. Anyone with any visual issues, age, acuity, reading glasses will be CHALLENGED to read. Its basically a credit card with microscopic sized print. I needed a flashlight for more light and stronger reading glasses to read the thing. At $5.99 they could make it on 3X5 card size ....foldable if they want to fit in a wallet.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looked like had all info I needed on little plastic card

It’s just sooo small making it hard to read. I love all the info, it really is what I was looking for but it’s even smaller than normal. They could’ve at least made the badge itself a little bigger or separate it into 2. But helpful.

If I were still nursing, this item would have been a helpful tool.However, the card I received has some scratches in the area of text that makes it difficult to read. The card is way too small to read. Would of liked it to be larger. I'll have to make a copy and blow it up.
