Great book love it
This is a great book to help you prepare your plant based eating , I found this very helpful and the recipes are great , will definitely be using this book a lot.

What a great recipes!
This amazing book just came in handy for my best friend. I gave him as a gift as he is vegetarian and he really loves those kinds of recipes he said. He already suggested I try some of them which I will as I'm on diet also.

Good collection of recipes, tips and advices
I’m not vegetarian, but the biggest part of my diet is vegetables, so I’m always on a hunt of new recipes, combinations, and spices. I really liked and found this book helpful. I’m a big ‘prep your food’ fan in general so this book came in really handy.It has 7 meal plans ( for 7 days). So you can mix things up according to what you like or don’t like. Also, it contains recipes ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) with nutritional value for each recipe, , which i looove. Loads of soups and other recipes to choose from. So happy meal prep!

Informative Plus Free Bonus Books!
Very detailed on how to proceed with a plant-based diet, Meal plans show number of servings, how to store and how long/where to store each item. Recipes have ingredients that are readily available at the local grocery store with very well written instructions, nutritional values and prep suggestions. This is the most well organized meal planner book I have seen after reviewing others at the bookstore. Bonus items are easily downloaded and printed or stored as a PDF.

Packed With Value
This cookbook with meal plan is packed with everything you’d need. It’s super colorful, easy to read and with SO MANY RECIPES.I enjoy eating vegan/vegetarian, however I’m not a fan of tofu. This book has quite a few tofu recipes. So if that’s your thing- you’re going to love it! Even if it’s not your thing- there are still quite a few recipes for you- I found a few I liked! Plus you can apply the principles of meal prep to help you and your family continue in this lifestyle or transition into it!

One of my favorites!
I received an ARC downloadable version of this book, but I bought it anyways, since I loved it so much. This is one of my favorites! Filled with great and valuable information. The recipes at the end are amazing! I can't wait to try them out. And all the photos and colors makes the reading experience a joyful one. My favorite part were the weekly meal plans. That's gonna save me a lot of thinking and time. Thanks for that! I really recommend this book. It's a gem!

Delicious meals with multiple servings.
Another winning cookbook by Paul Green! I love cooking multiple servings at once, whether for a friend get-together, feeding my family, or to have leftovers for the next day. These tasty recipes usually take around 30 min or so and are well laid out with easy to understand instructions. I love this meal prep cookbook and so will you!
