I used this machine to help with some residual swelling and general stiffness in my hand. It works great and feels so good! The machine has pre-set massages with additional options such as palm roller and my favorite, heat. It kneads and massages with the amount of pressure you set and really hits those important pressure points. I especially like the long battery life which will last for well over the time I need it so I don’t have to recharge after every use. It’s cordless which means I can move it from room to room or even enjoy a massage while watching TV. My hands are small and fit fine but this would also fit a large hand. The wrist strap is adjustable Velcro. It is made of high quality materials and is easy to use. Lighted display shows you everything you need.
