They should improve their customer services
Disappointing Experience with TP-Link LiteWaveSize: 10 portsI purchased the TP-Link LiteWave 10 Port PoE Switch from Amazon approximately one months ago, hoping for a reliable solution for my network needs. Initially, the device worked as expected, providing power and data connectivity to my PoE-compatible devices without issue. However, after just one months of use, the switch has completely failed. Upon powering it on, all LED indicators immediately begin blinking erratically and the device is no longer functional. This is a significant concern for a product that should offer long-term reliability. My attempts to reach TP-Link's technical support for assistance have been incredibly frustrating. After multiple calls, I was informed that my only options were to seek a local technician for repairs or to write a detailed email explaining the issue, after which they would "decide what to do with the device." This level of support is unacceptable for a product that failed so quickly and is still under warranty. Some ports are working but there are four ports out of 8 is not workingGiven the premature failure of the device and the unhelpful customer service experience, I would advise potential buyers to consider other brands with better product longevity and more responsive customer support.
