Really great product works on so many things.

Works fine. the one i had lasted was the white version of this, and lasted 5 years. it's a plug-in thing, and all you have to do is plug it into an electrical wall socket type thing and then plug your lamp into the Lutron's socket.this dims fine and i use it on an incandescent GE 'reveal' 75w. bulb, and i normally only have it at half-power, via the slider, and it keeps the bulb under-powered and the bulbs typically have lasted a year.

I installed 2 antique Edison LED bulbs in a lamp, with no shade. The idea was to enjoy the ambiance of the antique filaments in the bulb, however the lamp was to bright to see the filaments well..... hence the purchase of the dimmer. The dimmer works great, I can dim and see the filaments in the bulb, or turn it up to read, and there is no flickering or problems with the LED light bulb. The product info says it can accommodate 100w LED, I'm using 2 x 4w bulbs so not testing anything near max. I leave the dimmer box on the tabletop but it could be on the floor. I also use it with the lamp switch on and just turn off with the slider.The dimmer as white, and the white is a pure white, no off tone, with a cord that is 6-ft in length. The plug is 2-prong, so if you have a 3-prong plug you will need an adapter. The dimmer box is 1-1/2" W x 0.75" H x 3" L. The slider slides smoothly and doesn't look like it would work outside. Overall, very pleased and I'm enjoying the antique filament bulbs. Have bought a second unit for another lamp.

Works great with all brands of dimmable LEDs I've tried so far. Lights dim down to about 10%-20% I reckon before the switch clicks Off, won't dim all the way down to Out the way incandescents do. Does not offer full effect with Philips' Warm Glow LED, bulb will dim to level where both white and orange emitters show through the globe but not get to where the white ones go off leaving only orange. Otherwise functions with regular dimmable LED lights without hum, buzz, wavering or flicker. Very smooth slider. Wish that there were an in-line model as well, or that the plug on this could be made flatter, because the way it's designed now everything protrudes from the outlet really awkwardly. I just stuck all of mine either to the wall or against cabinets with 3M Clear Permanent Double Sided tape so they stay put, easy-peasy.

I purchased two of these in order to dim some tabletop candelabras. I replaced the 15W incandescent bulbs in these with 2W, 2700K LEDs. The LED bulbs are little too bright and need to be dimmed some. The dimmer is great quality - it has a very smooth slider, and can turn the lamp completely off if needed. Since these are LED's, the dimming is not like a normal incandescent bulb. First, when I plug the lamp into this, it dims the bulbs some (maybe 5-10%) right off the bat, even with the dimmer at full brightness. It's not a lot but definitely noticeable. For my use, that's OK since they still get plenty bright anyway. The dimmer will dim the bulbs to about 10%, then goes off when the slider is set to off - it has an indent at the off position. Almost all the brightness adjustment is at the last 90% of the slider setting. Again. I'm fine with this since these are LED bulbs. It does dim them to the level I like, so no problem. The slider is nice and padded on the bottom with rubber strips. While it's not heavy, it is solid, has a slight weighted feel, and sits on the table top nicely even with the thick cord. This has a nice sold feel overall, not cheap feeling. Will definitely purchase more of this model if/when needed.

When I plugged in my new lamp with a non-dimmable LED bulb, the light flickered continually. When I used LED DIMMABLE bulbs, the light was perfect. I got 3 different ones to try and they all worked perfectly. You just have to READ the instructions to avoid the flickering.

Does not work for 230V, only for US 120V a fact not mentioned anywhere in the description on Amazon.

The media could not be loaded.  Works great. Simple to use. Just plug it in and plug the lamp into the dimmer. Please note this only works with dimmable bulbs so read the packaging before buying bulbs.

Somos papas primerizos así que lo utilizamos este primer mes para estar viendo a nuestro hijo fácil de instalar y muy muy práctico lo compre junto con un foco led ojo revisar que se use con focos "dimmeables" para no tener problemas
