This product helps with aches & pains. I spray on my feet before bed and it definitely helps ease the aching & restlessness. Clean lavender scent. It will leave upper hands sticky, so be prepared to wash them before you get comfortable, I usually put socks on over the stay until it’s absorbed.

This spray is easy to use. Just spray it on your sore muscles and it helps replenish your magnesium level. It is lightly scented with lavender. Smells great.

This product feels like water when spraying on skin, I did not see any residue. I did not experience any effect but I am not sure what to expect. I look forward to trying it for leg cramps.

This was a great product for helping with my sore back. It works quickly.

For sleeping. I spray on arms and legs a d this relaxes, so i sleep.

Have not used long enough to notice changes however I do have neuropathy in my feet and I do get a tingling sensation when i use it on my feet. We shall see.
