This is a great gift for kids older at least 6 years old. My receiver had fun running around with it at first. The flames colors are good. you have three levels of light. It is made of plastic so could break if dropped or if the hit it on something bit sturdy the flip out part to hang it up is fantastic. They placed it near is bed on wall as a cool light to read in bed. They loved it. It is chargeable no batteries. So you need to keep it charged for bedtime I don’t know how long it will stay on before you have to charge it. I would buy it again. Great price for a gift for a Minecraft player
