New BalanceMen's 680v6 Cushioning Running Shoe

I just bought this New Balance women's fresh foam 680 v8 running shoe and it is a winner. My former treadmill and workout shoes were also thick soled, but there were two layers to the sole, and they started to separate. This New Balance shoe has one solid sole and is very comfortable, spongy and bouncy. I wear a true 7 and these are snug with my workout socks on but will stretch just enough over time as the top is a synthetic material. If you are between sizes, I would recommend ordering up a half size. I feel very stable in these shoes even though the base does not extend beyond the sides as my other shoe did. The sole does not feel slippery. I like the light blue color with the contrasting green sole, but you do not see much of that while wearing. As one ages, the soles of our feet seem to get thinner, and I truly recommend these sneakers even for everyday wear for older (over 60) individuals. I sincerely recommend these for people who are on their feet all day. I wore mine a few days ago all day to “break them in”, but that was not necessary as these fit perfectly from the moment I put them on; no binding, no blisters, no problems. Best shoes I have bought, Id like to state that I usually buy nike running shoes but I was on the look out for other shoes because those were starting to constrict my toes when I ran and they were starting to get pricey. I appreciate that the toe box of these shoes are roomy and have support when I run, and that they dont break the bank: I got two pairs of these shoes for the price I would have paid for 1 pair of a different brand. I took these shoes on a run straight out of the box and I felt an extra bounce on my stride maybe it was placebo effect but idc I felt like flash in these shoes. No need to break them in, they are comfortable straight out of the box. I also like that these are not super chunky like other running shoes and I like the sleekness and look they have, I feel like I can wear these casually with my outfits or on days I know I will be walking a lot. Overall I really love these shoes, I will come back to update on durability!

I was looking for a running shoe with lots of cushion and good arch support to replace my old Hokas. These were half the price, and so far, so good! They are very comfortable, with the exception that the toe box isn't quite as wide as I'd like. (In the past, NB sneakers that I bought had a wide toe box; this particular style does not, unfortunately.)I went for a 4-mile run in the new shoes and all was great. Two days later I ran another 4 miles; this time I added an insert, as I'm currently healing from plantar fasciitis. That made the shoe a little too snug at the toes, causing one foot to become a little numb during my run.I normally wear a 9.5 in running shoes, but bought a size 10 based on reviews that this shoe runs small. Smart move.Overall, a lightweight, comfy shoe with good cushioning and arch support.

These sneakers are great for everyday wear. Very comfortable and good quality for the money. Would not use for long distance running, but for casual activity they perfect. Fit was true to size.

Love the color! It’s exactly the same in person as pictured. The insole is super comfortable, I have another pair of daily new balances that have a great comfy sole, so that’s why I wanted a pair for running from NB. The front of the shoe has a little hard shield inside I think to prevent any holes, which is nice and thoughtful that they’re keeping durability in mind. I do feel my big toe poking the top of the shoe so hopefully it doesn’t cause a hole up top. It has a nice fit that has good support. It’s a lightweight shoe so it’s definitely perfect for my beginner running. I’m not too picky so if you’re okay with something comfortable and pretty, this is the shoe for you!

I now have 3 pairs of these. It is very hard to find quality sneakers that have a good fit like these do.They have:- Great Arch Support!- Very soft cushion innersole, which reduces shock on my bad knees.- The toe box is just right, molds nicely to the ball of my foot, other shoes didn't.The Fresh Foam 680 V8 Running Shoe is the quality and fit you expect from New Balance but don't find in many other styles of New Balance. I've tried the newer way more expensive versions and they make my feet hurt.I love the bright colors - they look good and get lots of comments, but I like the black because it doesn't shoe dirt so much. The brights are really nice too, for variety or at the Y or indoors.

Very comfortable and true to size. Great cushioning. I have been wearing them for trail running and they seem to have good traction. Lightweight, not bulky.

I haven’t had these shoes for long, so far they are really comfy. I ordered a wide and they are true to size. They get dirty easy as the color is so light. The colors look great.
