I will tell you, the ribbing on this mat is serious! You will NOT slip. But if you have tender skin, it will leave you a little red. I don't mind that. I finally feel like I can "lean into" my mat. My other one was a cheapo from Walmart. It served it's purpose, but wasn't as slip resistant as this (no comparison!). Yes, this mat stinks. It's rubber. So, let it air out in an empty room for a few weeks. For me, the padding and grip are well worth it!

I love this mat! It was recommended to me by a friend that is a yoga instructor.To address the negative reviews about the odor...y’all it’s not that bad. It’s rubber. Rubber has a smell. It’s not that strong or noticeable. It’s just a different smell than the plastic people are used to smelling...or body odor bc the mats they are using have gotten stinky.This mat has great grip! It’s the perfect level of thickness and weight. I had a super slick thick mat before this one and I felt like I was going to fall on my face by doing a simple downward dog. I feel so secure on this mat and feel like I can dig deeper into poses without fear. I really feel like I got my money’s worth and when it’s time I can progress to a more pricey Jade mat.

I began practicing yoga only two months ago and do so on carpet in my home. Decided to purchase my own mat for my germophobic tendencies after attending a class and loving it. This mat is perfect; excellent price point, nice blue shade, decent cushion, lightweight for transport. I have also noticed transitions are MUCH easier on a mat due to aid from the grip. That said, this mat is a wee slippery uncovered. If you plan to use it under sweaty, humid, etc conditions, try another make/model or use a sticky towel. Verdict - I like it and recommend it for supplemental yogis like myself.

Super bright color - almost a bit loud, but lovely! VERY sticky. Purchased to use this as a travel mat for an assessment, wanted a little extra stick and it STICKS! I washed twice, there is a bit of a filminess to it, which seems to have lessened. That is not on your other mats. Overall, VERY happy. Travel mat is thinner, not as sticky, great for regular practice. Harmony is wonderful, especially if you want a little extra cushion under your knees. The Level One combines a bit of both. A great value.

I switched from using an inexpensive yoga mat to this one. This one grabs my feet and hands so much better, and seems much safer. It’s comfortable to use. I would recommend it!

I LOVE my mat! There is a chemical smell that dissipates eventually. I see it as a workable trade-off for a super affordable mat that is perfectly grippy for my preference. For those with sensitive or injured knees, this is on the thinner side, so that is something to be aware of.

This mat is awesome! The thickness is perfect, not too thick and not too thin. I was able to use it indoors at hot yoga and outdoors in the woods. There's a ton of grip, so slipping isn't a issue. It rolls up nicely, about 5/6 inches thick when rolled up. And the color is exactly as pictured, a nice standard/vibrant blue.

Nice, sturdy mat, but it smells. Odor seems to persist even with airing. Use only in open space, I.e. gym.

Der Service des Verkäufers war top - schnell und zuverlässing. Jedoch riecht die Matte so stark nach Chemie,dass ich sie zurückschicken werde. Die Stärke und Rutschfestigkeit der Matte wären für mich ideal gewesen.Sehr schade!

Die Matte ist rutschfest. Die Kauf - und Rückabwicklung funktioniert gut, ABER die Matte stinkt so dermaßen, dass ich sie absolut unverwertbar für Yoga finde.
