Received these for my elderly mother who has quite poor mobility but still wishes to try and keep fit so she's started to do a chairobics video for older folk on you-tube. Resistance bands are necessary for some of the exercises so she was keen to try these.She reports that they are very good. As they are mainly for upper body use she has only been using the two lightest bands (Light and Extra Light) until she gets stronger - she can definitely tell there is a noticeable difference between Light and Medium which she's not ready to move up to yet.She likes that there was five in the pack so she won't have to buy another pack anytime soon. She likes the carrying pouch that they came in and that they are easy to put back in it after exercise to keep them all together.She feels they are made out of strong material and she's confident they will hold out and not snap during her exercise.Overall she has been very pleased to test these resistance bands and will continue to use these for as long as she is able to.

These resistance bands do the job as well as others that I have tried.The five bands come individually wrapped in plastic, which kept them clean. You can see in my photo that the set included a small black bag for containing all of them.The bands do the job as expected. Personally, I use them mainly to stretch out my calf and hamstring muscles. For this purpose, I find that the three stronger bands are good at the job. The two lighter bands would be more suitable for people who are new to exercise.Overall, these bands are perfectly decent. I can't say that they are really better than other similar bands that I have used. However, they do a good job.

A nice set of bands for a workout. They came individually wrapped in plastic (maybe too much plastic packaging? Save the planet!) and have a mesh bag to store them in. I like that the strength is on each band, so you know which one to use, but I guess after time you will get used to knowing which colour to go for on each exercise. Nice width, they don't roll up and dig in. The listing shows a pink band that is wider than those sent, so this is a little misleading, but this is a nice little set.

Ordered these to replace a previous set of similar bands I have had for several years.Great basic set, these are the smaller loops so food for resistance training and supporting joints when doing squats/lunges etcGood range of resistance so easy to find a band to suit any exerciseIf you are looking for a good set to get started with basic band work, these would do the trick

This is a standard set of rubber resistance bands. They are wide enough to be comfortable to use and feel very thin but they are actually pretty strong. Won't snap easily but I suspect that if you leave them exposed to UV rather than in a bag they will deteriorate.I found that the harder one was just the right resistance for my family (males in their early 20s plus mature adults who exercise gently regularly) but for more involved gym people this will be too soft.

Material is very good. The bands are very stretchy and very good for exercising. The colours are very bright and good colours.

These resistance bands have been useful at the gym, it is easy to tell which one Is which as each one is a different colour. They come in a bag so you can easily take them with you for classes, or use them at home.They are reasonably priced given the amount you get, but I am not sure how long they will last.
