Customer service and product very good. I had ordered one and it was damaged but the customer service team of the product was very quick to provided support and a resolution. We received a new camera and its really great quality, awesome controls and it does a really great job for the the price point. I would recommend it for churches looking for a budget ptz camera - it comes with a wall mount piece but you can put it on a good camera stand or hang it upside down from a ceiling if you find the right materials to fasten it to.

My point of view for this camera has been change regarding to their customer service, very helpful and all the process honoring their warranty product. I had been receive a brand new camera with not cost after my first camera encounter a issue. I’m happy to have the camera working on my package list because the picture quality is so good, the 20x zoom and the controller with memory presets make it easier to use. Thanks IuZee Staff for this great customer service and solve my problem making value each dollar of the cost.

So far, so good. I used it for a 4 camera livestream shoot last week. The other cameras had operators, while I did the switching and remotely operated this one - with the IuZee KP200PRO controller keyboard. It worked well. The others were Panasonic professional cameras, and it matched up with them. Since it's a Sony sensor, it was slightly more bluish than the others, but held it's own in low-light and the image was sharp. I'm going to dive into the settings to see if I can match it up better with the Panasonicss. All-in-all, very happy with this purchase. The IuZee team offers good support as well.

Solid quality video and is probably great if you are doing separate audio.But it has no audio jack or built in mic for audio. So if you need that look for an upgraded model or add a bluetooth mic.This company does have good customer service.

Ordered two cameras (1080p 20x zoom) for my church, received both quickly and started to install them but discovered that one of them was malfunctioning out of the box, the tilt portion of the PTZ was not working. Attempted to return for replacement via Amazon but they would only take returns for refund. Contacted seller and they quickly responded by sending me a replacement and paying for return shipping of the broken camera.Camera and image quality are good, control of camera is easy and image adjustments are easy for an AV novice if you’re willing to just play with the settings to get the color balance you want.The only thing I wish was improved is the remote control receiver, there are two, one on the front and another on the back, it would be nice to have them on the sides too but this is not a major problem.

We have only had this for 2 weeks, or 2 Sundays, and it has been working fine. The last camera we had lasted about 4 years before problems began. We are hoping this camera lasts longer than the last one. It is easy to install and to use. I love that I can use the remote from the front or back to move the camera. It is a simple plug and use the camera without any issues.

Used only 3 times so far in an indoor setting. In almost all the events, I have been within 10 ft distance and was trying to operate the remote (with new batteries) by pointing to the IR sensor but the remote has its own mind. In the first & second event I thought I was pointing it wrong but this time I checked and I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Same thing happened this time. The live display of the guest speaker was jittery and was totally off since the camera was not moving the way it should be due to remote issues. Pls buy something that’s reliable!

Really Good after a year keep going. Not the best out there but for the price you cannot ask for more. It is excellent product. Im using mone from 25 to 30 ft away in Church dor Facebok live.
