Now you gonna need to be by a bathroom bc when it comes it comes. I have dropped 2 pounds already on day 2 and I been taking 2 at a time. I can breathe better so far I been pooping 4xs those two days the first poop is easy but the next few have me scratching my chest from the burning sensation so don’t eat nothing spicy. I also noticed my headaches don’t come as often and I been seeing parasites. The down side is the time I poop I was hoping to do it at night but it’s been happening in the morning up until 9 am but I also have an umbilical hernia so that may be the case.

I was looking for a natural cleanse to help with bloating and digestion, and this one exceeded my expectations. Within a few days, I felt lighter, more regular, and had noticeably less bloating. The capsules were easy on my stomach and didn’t cause any cramping or discomfort like some other cleanses I’ve tried.I followed the directions and made sure to stay hydrated throughout, which really helped. By the end of the 15 days, I felt refreshed, energized, and like my gut had been given a much-needed reset. I’ll definitely be repurchasing for future detoxes!

Great product. I usually don’t write reviews but had to on this one💯🫡. It works right away. First time took two capsules around 6-7pm and I was waking up throughout the night to the bathroom. Second day did the same thing but it started around 5am through 9am. Let’s see how it does on the third time, I took the capsules around 5pm…I’m liking it 💯👌🏾. Just purchased two more bottles.

Okay so I made the mistake of taking two capsules on the first night (please do not do that) Start With One Please, I'm writing this review from my toilet and the time is 5:01 am I Took two capsules around 9pm not even 8 hours later I'm awaken because I thought I heard my dryer on with shoes in them nope it was my stomach boy oh boy the bubbling and growling along with mild cramping and immediately after I sat up the cramps intensified I got up when to the bathroom and started to feel nauseous sat on the toilet and boom the biggest explosion ever I have chills and sweats it's feels like someone is performing an excorcism on my geez I'm not doing this again it works but it works a little to well.proceed with caution!!!!

Weight before I ordered was 160. Took first dose of 2 pills, last Tuesday, at 5 PM. Drank 80 oz of water in total that day. By 1 AM, the "cleansing" began; eventually tapered off around 5 AM. Wednesday and thereafter, after each meal, followed by water, used restroom. By Saturday morning weight was 154.3 lbs. I did adjust the dose time, as roughly 8 hrs later the cleansing begins. Mild cramping, no nausea, vomiting. Trick is increased water consumption. Eliminated rice, potatoes, bread, soda; subsituted with fruit, vegetables, homemade smoothies with flax and chia seeds added. Water intake calculation: half of weight number equals ounces of water. (160 lbs= 80 oz of water). Product worth every dime spent.

1st time I got these was through the Tic-Tck shop, BUT.... I get them much quicker on amazon... It really works, I take them at night and by 6am your ready to go!!! These are great to start before a FAST. Great for those that might be bloated, weight-loss help. Warning: There is cramping, when it starts working.... drink lots of water after... AND if you think you can take this than run out and go do things... well you better be close to a bathroom..that's all I'm saying

Recomiendo tener cuidado al tomar este producto, puede ser bastante efectivo, pero tiene ingredientes muy fuertes para nuestro intestino, mi gastroenterologa no me lo recomendó como uso frecuente, por lo fuerte que es, en mi caso durante losn15 días fue maravilloso (suele ser deposiciones muy blandas) pero sientes alivio y energía. Pero depsues de los 15 días mi organismo se acostrumbro a las pastillas y no quería trabajar por si solo. Así que en conclusión por mi experiencia (no todos los organismos son iguales) me parece que lo mejor es tomarlo solo en casos de emergencia, muy rara vez y consultando a un BUEN especialista de la salud.

Ima give this product a 4 because it does work but I just don't like the pain it gives you in your tummy hurts really bad.
