Strong and durable!
I ordered these bands because I have been using those rubber bands that keep rolling up or do not stay in place and I used them so much they ended up snapping (which really hurt btw). I searched for many days in which bands I should buy next and found these and felt confident they would do the job and be better than my rubber bands I was previously using, the 5 star reviews helped also.I received them sooner than expected which was great especially because covid-19 has delayed everything.I wanted to test them out before writing my review. So far they are Awesome! I have used them 5 times and just like the description said no slip and no roll! I really don’t think they will snap like my rubber ones either because they are thick and durable. I love that they are washable because I was concerned that they would end up smelling in the long run from sweat getting on them.My only complaint is that I wish they would have come in different resistance strengths. Light, medium, heavy etc. Even though they feel the same resistance wise to me they do have a strong resistance and since they are so durable I don’t think they will get weak. They do however come in different lengths small, medium and large which I assume is to help with different range of motion exercises. They do come with a cute little bag to store them in. I love this because I take my bands with me every where I travel!Over all I’m very happy with my purchase!

Very Strong and Resilient Bands
I ordered these bands because of the seemingly durability and, because the "rubber band" type bands are really useless and uncomfortable. The bands come in 3 lengths and each with its own resistance. I like the way they hug the portion of your leg that you choose to work with. They do not slide in either direction and the stretch is just enough. I use the lightest stretch, for now, as it gives me the resistance that I prefer and as I gradually increase, the bands will become harder to stretch apart in any stance; precisely the reason I bought them. Are they difficult to get up onto the thigh? The harder the resistance, the more challenging to get it up onto the thigh but, in a way that makes it worth the effort. When doing the squat position, keeping in mind to breath, you will work out the gluts, abs and upper thigh muscle. The bands help to give you stability and will absolutely work out those problem areas. As with any workout tool, do not over-do your initial sets, you will strain the muscle, and not a productive manner. Take it slow and steady. For my initial conclusion, I would highly recommend giving these bands a try, as well, their other bands which, are all the same length - same resistance necessary to feel the "burn"!

Great quality bands
I bought these to help keep muscle strength while covid 19 is going on and machines are limited at gym. This bands are labeled small, medium and large, not necessarily easy, medium and hard. But after getting them and trying them I'm finding that the small, seems easier, the medium, a medium strength and the large is by far the hardest. But I'm loving each band because even though I'm not a body builder or even a super strong female, I'm just average but able to use each band to challenge myself depending on what muscle group I'm targeting and how much resistance I'm looking for. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get much use outta the hardest band based on reviews but I do, they all work great for squats, lateral band steps, kickbacks, clamshells, leg lifts, ect. The small is easiest to stretch, as the size goes up they don't stretch as easily, so the smaller size is better for even my arm workouts and stretching. I'm 5'7 and 145 lbs. For reference and all the bands fit and are usable to some extent. The quality is great they seems like they will last a long time and they haven't slide around my legs while using them, they stay put which I love. Overall you will be happy with these just as I am, my daughter is even enjoying using them and wants a set of her own.

It'll Grow The Peach
For the price, these bands are pretty good and I'm happy with them. I've used my gym's bands for years and got tired of not having my own. This is my overall review:Pros:- They actually are non slip: the only time I've notice they move is on the stair stepper but not enough that I really need to adjust them. They still give you that gnarly booty pump!- They last: I've had these since May and they havent ripped or frayed yet, that's using them a minimum of 3 days a week.- They're good for people just starting to work out or at the intermediate level: these are easy enough for beginners and tough enough for the regular gym goer.Cons- They could have a little more give: these bands have a good amount of resistance but the range your legs can push against it is limited. There's a point where the fabric just doesn't stretch anymore, even though your legs could (like with kick backs or abductors)- The sizes are soooo confusing: I only have 2 pictured here (large - pink, medium - teal) but at first glance, and for the first 2 months, I thought the pink one was the lightest resistance and the small one (not pictured) was the heaviest because of the loop size. Turns out its the opposite and I was using the strongest resistance the entire time and now I'm just too swole for the other 2 lol jk. But I think that leads me to my final thought- Those that are religious band users may want something with more reistance - I love to strength train, especially legs, and I found that the resistance wasn't as much as I was hoping for. Ive only had them a few months and the hardest one isn't a huge challenge anymore.I have attempted to do rear delt flies with these and its a no go so if you're looking for a band that's good for more than your legs I wouldnt recommend these.
