Use to rehydrate after a run.
The taste isn’t bad a little salty like but I quite like it. It’ tastes fizzy like and as long as you know theaea contain rehydration salts it’s ok. Does wonders to my recovery after a run. Also great after a heavy night out. Clear headed. Ext morning.

Biggest Fan

Great at all
These spot hydro hydration tablets doing great job I must admit, they are very comfortable, quick and simple to use, they don't contain any sugar and that's what I mostly like.They are also gluten free, plus perfect, very tasty berry flavour.I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price.
