Feels very nice in the hands, soft and smooth. Very tight fit, should keep some dirt out. I like it, I hope it lasts but for the price I'm satisfied

Great case. I really liked it had I had only been sent Samsung Galaxy Z4 flip phone that was in working condition instead of one that was neglected and was not tested properly and got screwed 100%. I would recommend this case but since I do not have that phone because it never worked. What can I say? All I can say is it would have been a good case. Someone needs to step up and rectify the situation as soon as possible as I have had this phone since the 12th and I'm sitting here on the 17th trying to still figure it out.

The case looks nice but the fitting doesn’t align well with the side buttons and the flash on the back. The MagSafe ring is slightly off center from the wireless charging coil so with most MagSafe wireless chargers it won’t line up properly and can’t charge. The adhesive wears off pretty fast as well but good durability. Only big complaint is no hinge protection.Material feels great and good in your pocket. The top half is easy to put on the phone but installing the bottom half can be difficult because you have to slide the bottom of the phone in the case and it gets stuck on the adhesive.

I decided to grab this case because my previous one wasn't staying on very well. This one doesn't have that problem, but it does have some others.Namely, this case, which is supposed to be compatible with wireless chargers, doesn't work well with my Anker 315 wireless chargers. Most of the time I put it on there, it will charge for 30-60 seconds and then lose connection to the charger. I have to pick the phone up and place it on the charger several times until it finds the right spot where it finally stays connected. If I bump it or pick the phone up, most of the time, I have to find the sweet spot again. This doesn't happen with my old case or with no case at all.Even when I get the sweet spot, though, it charges at about half speed compared to my old case or no case. What takes 20 minutes to charge without this case takes 40 minutes with it. I assume this is due to the poor connection to the wireless charger.Worst of all, when I get it to stay connected and charge, the case gets extremely hot to the touch, like painfully hot. This also happens when I sometimes charge with a USB-C cable, but it's inconsistent. It feels like it could potentially damage the components.Lastly, this is just strange. When I opened the case, there was a sticker inside asking me to remove the protective film on the case. Inside the lower half of the case is a white square. Removing the film revealed a sticky black square. I have no idea what the point of this is, but I thought I'd mention it. I don't know if it's supposed to be some sort of heat pad or what. If it is, I don't think it's working very well.I'm returning this and looking for a different case.Update: I scraped off the sticky black square and now it stays connected no problem. It still gets hot, but not as hot as it was. The case also fits kinda loosely now, but I'll deal with it.Update 2: Even without the sticky black square, it's back to not being able to connect to my wireless charger and getting so hot that the phone turns off.
