It is one of the most important pieces of workout equipment for your Power Cage or Squat Rack because they are designed as a safety mechanism accessory during strength training for sports or non-competitive weightlifting. These arms act like a non-human workout partner that will keep you safe when working out alone. These are easy to attach, just find the correct height to set it up, then simply slide into the upright pole, a quarter turn down, and you are ready to get into your exercise routine. These Spotter Arms come in pairs and they provide a safe place to store Olympic style barbells between sets.
