They don't provide any ingredients so don't expect your child to use it right away
I was shocked to discover no ingredients are provided. I was even more shocked when I realized I paid $22 for only beakers and straws. I am not shocked but disappointed that this is not disclosed in the description or on the front of the box. If you turn the box over it lists the contents. I have purchased other science experiments and they come with the supplies. When I realized it didn't have ingredients I supposed that wasn't a big deal thinking I'd paid about $10. But for $22, feels like a rip off. I know my child is going to love this after I have gone to the store.

It's a good gift, just be aware you need to get some groceries to play
So this was REALLY fun for my son, he was SO excited. The idea behind it is really neat, but it doesn't come with a ton of the ingredients, you have to go to the store to get most of the ingredients, some which really could be packaged (like jello or gelatin or cream of tartar). The flavors really weren't Great to us as adults but my son was having so much fun he didn't care, he thought it tasted fine.

Ridiculous
Product was ridiculous, couple beakers and no materials you'd need. Complete waste of money. It also was wet (some how?!?) so I returned it.

Crap
Crap. I hate kits that you have to provide a bunch of ingredients for.

No Ingredients
This is basically a recipe book with a few beakers and test tubes. Save your money.

Missing instruction booklet
As another reviewer mentioned there are no ingredients provided. However our set was also missing the instruction booklet so was completely useless. Very disappointing for a Christmas present.

Quinine and UV light experiments
Didn’t realize a few of the experiments that use the UV light need tonic water. Tonic water has quinine in it which I will not be allowing my grandkids to drink. They can perform the experiment but where’s the fun if you can’t drink your concoction? That’s the whole point of the Crazy Drinks Science Lab

Doesn’t include anything for making drinks
If I could do less than one star I would. Is misleading kit, there is no actual drink materials, only cups and straws, definitely not worth $27.99
