They don't do what they say they do waste of money

Have been using these for about 3 months now and they work, I take them because I have a lot of gas, these have work in 90% of the time.

I've tried other Digestive Enzyme products and they help me go toilet from the night before, as I wake I let it all out, but this one Digestive Enzyme what it did was cause constipation It would bind together inside me and take 2 days for me to go and it won't come all out it would be soft but I usually go normally every morning, since I've been taking this product I can't go in the morning I'm constipated and its only started since I've had this product in my system. I can't rate how it digests food in me, but a Digestive Enzyme is not just supposed to aid digestion its supposed to speed up the process of going toilet with ease. This was the opposite effect so I'm sorry I'm giving it a 1 star in all honesty, back to square one for me searching for a new one since the one I was used to was no longer in stock. I'm throwing these ones away such a pity waste of money.

I take one before I have my lunch and dinner, and I no longer bloat!!!
