Great camera value and quality
I bought a couple of these cameras and I'm quite pleased with them. I use it in single feed mode for an ultra wide view. The internal software "stitches" the images together seemlessly. It's quite impressive. The only time I can notice a seam is when the light it very different between the two cameras (corner, shadow, etc). I guess it just depends on camera placement. Either way, it's extremely rare. The PoE is great, low latency and unbeatable for the price. The only thing that could be better would be if they were 4K, but that's probably coming someday.

Very nice design and quality
This camera is excellent. I have purchased 5 of these and have been able to replace 9 cameras because of the excellent wide angle. The spot light feature is OK, not a huge help because the night vision is so fantastic. I could not be any happier with these.-update-I love this (5 of them) camera.

Nope not ready for prime time
Thought this would be good to cover front yard. It is true 180 degree coverage and the night time IR and color picture is clear but the 180 view comes with a cost. Any pictures of people is distorted to the point of circus mirrors especially at the point where the cameras are stitched together. You can change the mode so it shows up ass two different cameras but that kind of looses the point of the camera. Also the firmware is different from regular Hikvision so you can view the camera thru Ivms4200 but playback from the sd card is not supported.

Just save your sanity and have a local installer put their tested system in.
Do not work at all in stand alone or connected to a NVR. The software is the highest level of crap, with even worse instructions provided in the box. Company bought 16 of these things and then paid to have them installed. Now we areout the cost of cameras, install and wasted time.

Brilliant design - one unit, two cameras, super wide angle
I was excited to be able to replace two cameras with just one with this PoE camera. The 4MP is more than enough resolution to count the number of bugs crossing the street (more or less).Integrated easily into my existing system with camera function (which is fine - that's all I wanted, although you have advanced features you could use). I'll get into advanced features when life settles down a little!Plug and play, easy to mount, and eliminates one whole cable run, so that's a big win.

Versatile and functional camera
Overall this camera works as advertised, The dual camera stitching mode does a good job of giving a wide view, but there is a slight noticeable color difference between the two cameras. This probably doesn't matter very much when used outside. There are multiple operational modes to choose from, dual camera with image stitching, single camera mode for either camera, dual camera mode without stitching where it acts as if it is two physical cameras. It has multiple options for the visible and IR LED modes as well. The camera multiple different network protocols and video formats so it should work with most network security monitoring and recording devices and software suites. It has support for ONVIF, RTSP, HiK, Dahua so NVRs and software such as Zoneminder and similar should be supported without issue. The size of the unit is a bit larger than standard single camera units, but smaller than two separate cameras so it can help to not require installing two separate cameras and two network runs. POE works just fine and also has the option to use a separate power supply if needed. The camera has onboard motion and intelligent detection which can set alerts based on specific areas of the image and will track with the motion.I have not had the opportunity to test the resistance to the elements. Now for the oddities,I was not able to find this unit on the Panoeagle website. This is kind of unsettling since most manufacturers publish firmware updates periodically to address security and functionality issues, as well as improvements. This may just be temporary but as of this review there is no mention on the entire site about this model. The website itself seems very seldomly maintained, which again doesn't give a good feeling about updates or information in the future. There are many pages that are full of lorem ipsum and generic unrelated placeholder articles.I guess a downside to a camera like this is if it were to break or be vandalize you loose both cameras instead of potentially just one.Overall it seems to be a decently made and functional camera, but one needs to weigh the pros and cons and decide if its right for your application.
