I bought two. One for me and one as a gift. When my friend opened her package it was broken. I gave her mine and am left with a broken palm tree for my nativity. Very disappointing!Beautiful and just what I wanted but too expensive for a product I have to repair before I can use it.

I do love the looks of the palm tree. Perfect for my Nativity scene. Problem....I ordered two individually. 1st one came in broken and requested a replacement....that was delivered quickly, BUT, it also was broken. I fixed it with gorilla glue...acceptable. Ordered #2.....broken....fixed that with gorilla glue, also acceptable. Happy but not happy. To the company who processes this product, Please, have your inspection team do a better job.
