Q: Can you use it on a cast iron griddle?

Yes you can! But to correct the above posts, the Blackstone griddles are NOT cast iron, they are cold rolled steel.

Q: Are the squeeze bottles food grade?

We only purchased this last summer and used the bottles all summer. Bottles held up great and we still have them and ready to use for this summer. Great set for the price. We put oil in one and water in the other. Sorry hope this helps.

Q: There are 2 sets of these accessories. One set has wooden handles and the other plastic. Which handles are better?

I like the plastic handles because they are easier to clean.

Q: Will this handle be loose or bend like the products that others sell?

I bought the set with plastic handles so they would tolerate repeated washing in the dishwasher. Compared to your average store bought spatulas that are thin enough to be flexible, these are sturdy and heavy duty, the kind you’d find in a commercial kitchen, they don’t flex easily, you could use them as paint scrapers if you wanted to.
