Super helpful book for not only seniors but also for any ages!
I've been thinking about going to the gym in the morning, but I've been sitting in front of my computer with a tight schedule for months, so I haven't gone there. As a result, I noticed that numerous body areas became hard and achy. I just decided to exercise at home and found this book. It is good for seniors as well as everyone who works on a computer and sits all day! 11 minutes of exercise seems achievable, and it is. I've only done the first 11 minutes and feel so much better! This book includes YouTube videos of exercises to help you grasp the moves!

A great little book, I love the straight forward illustrations.Easy to implement into a class routine for all levels.
