Used for replacement of original - frame was still in good shape

This Gazebo snaps together and the fit and finish is excellent! The bug netting is included!

The overall dimensions were actually a big larger than the cover it replaced, so its a bit looser on the frame. Not so loose it will blow off but obviously not an exact match. In addition it was not possible to fit the frame through the top middle opening because the opening was too small. It was a compromise to use versus return but for us we are not that picky about it. The quality of the product fabric and stitching was good.

Excellent replacement canopy. Less money than at the start. Looks good, same color as original.

I was pleased to see that this replacement cover was less expensive and better quality fabric than the Regency II Gazebo I bought at Ocean State Job Lot 3 years ago. The fit was perfect, and I loved having the option of navy blue instead of just beige. It arrived on June 24 and we put it up within a week. It’s now July 20 and I noticed that the top has already faded to beige! It won’t affect the wear, and the quality and the inside is still navy blue, just strange that it faded so quickly.

Not 10X12 watch out

I bought this product early in the spring, and I’m very pleased with it. The canopy does let in a bit of rain, and water tends to collect on top. But it’s not a big issue—I just drain it manually.
