Very good product . Value for money
Excellent and sturdy packing. Size was perfect as per order. Very soft and firm cushion with perfectly stitched cover. Good finish and feel. Value for money.

Really bad product
The mattress has caused more back pain to me. I ordered it considering the brand. But product was pressed in b/w, and i didn't notice it. On asking customer care to get it returned they declined and didn't even replace it (though it's mentioned in their 10-days replacement). Fraud is going on here. I've lost my hard earned money here. Be careful!!Had ordered multiple products from Amazon but never had such bad experience.

Perfect comfort
If you are somebody who wants a soft support, then it is the best option available. That too at such an affordable price point, be it offline stores or online.The packaging could have been better at Amazon's end.Coming to the sleeping experience-It is reversible i.e., double sided (one is soft and another firm). I personally prefer the soft side, no matter how focussed the entire mattress marketing is on ortho mattress and the firm base mattress, believe me, it is very unpleasant to sleep on.You don't just sleep on your back at all the time, but sometimes on your sides and on belly, that's when it hurts after some time.But this specific model has no such issues, in fact its high thickness of around 6" (15 cms), provides perfect support and a plushy feel. Overall, it certainly helps in making your sleeptime enjoyable. Moreover, the matress has a removable cover (the one with patterns as depicted in thepicture, which is zippered, nd perfectly hidden). So, in case of any stain, you can remove and wash it.Ultimately, loads of thanks to Kurlon and amazon for such product.
