Description

The Zwilling Z-Cut 5-in-1 peeler is designed for peeling fruit and vegetables. There are three interchangeable blades for different foods: a flat knife for hard food, a serrated blade for soft food and a knife for Julienne cutting. You can also use the peeler as a cross peeler (Y-shaped) for peeling long foods such as asparagus, or use it as a longitudinal peeler (I-shaped) for peeling potatoes. Another feature of the vegetable peeler is the free-running nozzle. MotionBall technology allows the peeling head to move freely to fit the shape of the product to be cut.
