Best bulb
Cree produces the best LED lighting on the market. That said, it lasted 4 years illuminating on average 14 hours a day. Which is good considering others brands have lasted 1/2 as long. Highly recommend !

Bright, dimmable, works fine, a bit buzzy on dimmer
As far as a lightbulb is concerned, it works fine. Bright, color is good, nothing really to write home about. CRI seems decent. It is indeed dimmable. It does seem to buzz a noticeable amount more than other bulbs from other brands, even when the dimmer is turned up to full power. On a socket that isn’t dimmed, they make no noise. It’s not a super loud noise, but if you’re in a library and sitting next to it, you’d hear it. For some, myself included, this is an important factor.

Bulb Lasted Only 1 Week Past the Return Period
I have been looking for a good LED bulb for some time. After absolutely giving up on Lowe's and their entire line of worthless GE bulbs, I finally found some good Cree 60W bulbs. These have held up well. I was then looking to get some 100W counterparts for the 60W but was disappointed that it seemed they discontinued the line of bulbs that was working well.Enter the "PRO" series of Cree bulb that had the wild claim of being rated for totally enclosed fixtures... something unheard of for me in a 100W LED bulb (they just get too hot and almost no manufacturer will rate them for being totally enclosed). I decided to give a couple of bulbs a try in the lights by my front door.In short, and as the title states, 1 of the 2 bulbs failed literally a week after Amazon's return period was up. It just went off and did not come back on (did not notice flickering or anything, just was off one day and its counterpart was still shining on the other side of the door). I am sad to say it did not even last as long as some of the worst GE bulbs that I have had in that same place. I have decided I am done with Cree (certainly their "PRO" series). My hunt for a LED that will live even a year or two (much less 22 years as claimed) shall continue...

Natural looking and bright.
They’re more yellow than normal tungsten incandescent lights, which are a bit more red or warmer. Still, if you’ve been putting off getting LEDs because you just like the look of incandescent bulbs, these are easy to get used to.

"not for totally enclosed luminaires"
The product description says these lightbulb series are suitable for enclosed fixtures. The actual blub says, "not for totally enclosed luminaires"

Not at all full spectrum. At best 80 cri
Was gonna spring for my diy grow light with supposed 90+ cri cree bulbs. Gonna stick to my energetic 83+ cri bulbs. They are way brighter, whiter and colorful. HUGE RIP OFF!!!

It's not worth the time it take to get them replaced under warranty multiple times.
I've replaced 2 bulbs 4 times in less than 6 months. These bulbs are warranty for 10 years. They failed again and I'm looking for a new vendor. FTG
